  1. Will ship if bought as lot for $650
  2. Rods for sale excellent condition, sealed with U40 when purchased. First come first serve Dobyns DC 733C $165 DC 744C $165 DC 765CB $165 SA 734C $125 Local pick up only - CT
  3. Hey guys, For anyone who missed it here’s the direct link. Thanks, Dave https://www.instagram.com/tv/CtklHx5o_D6/?igshid=NjZiM2M3MzIxNA==
  4. What’s up everyone! Looking forward to kicking things off here shortly with @Glenn ?
  5. I’m big on slower speed reels with cranking. You work the bait more effectively, into and off of cover, your less likely to pull it away from fish, you also don’t have to slow down. It’s easier for me mentally to speed up than slow down. Especially in cold water you want it crawling. Also when you fish baits that float faster than others like DTs when you pause off bumping a object let it rise quick then start going you want that thing to dive right back down to the other side of the cover not a couple feet past it. Have no idea how much cranking you do so just some input above for MY reasons. Hopefully it helps. ?? btw if you do ever get the 5:1 it comes with a 100mm handle with giant knobs. I don’t like them. I ordered the replacement handles from shimano for the XG, 90mm with the normal knobs they’re like $15 each or something. I
  6. Our current classic winner is a huge 5:1 guy.
  7. It’s not the same that’s for sure. I’d order one with the TW sale still on and wait for it to restock then when it comes it sell the 6:1 edit can’t back order that stinks
  8. Gotta say I’m a pretty hardcore Daiwa guy but when shimano came out with the Curado K in 5:1 I jumped on it. In fact 2 of them. Been great reels, and I also have em paired on a Dobyns 805cb and switch back and forth on 764/5cb.
  9. DC 704SF is excellent for the above listed baits. The Kaden 713SF makes a great shaky head, tube, finesse jig rod as well!
  10. 702 would be a great choice for Ned/Drop Shot and even Hair Jigs. Shaky Head you need to step up to a 703.
  11. That’s a score!
  12. Had to fix my 100s. So much better! #itsthelittlethings
