  10. I have not been since thanksgiving and already itching to fish. is anyone still fishing? I read and hear about people fishing as long as they can put the boat in the water. what are you thoughts on winter bass fishing? I throw a crank-bait to much and was thinking about using this time to practice my jig fishing and large plastics. The lake that i will be fishing is very shallow, its 9ft at is deepest point. I'm in northeast ohio water temps about 39

  14. revo winch- the gen 3 are out so you can get the gen 2 for a really good price. I picked up one over the holiday for 135. I love this reel. it cast really well and far. best for cranking. however if you ever need to you can flip and pitch with it too, its stronge reel. many people we think it just for cranking but its not. its funny, i find myself want to through cranking more because i like the reel so much http://www.bassmaster.com/news/lake-okeechobee-how-they-did-it
  15. Hello, I just got my 1st boat and having a hard time. I am fishing from the back of the boat as i do not have a front trolling motor. try to troll and fish to cover water but the front will not stay straight and i am not able to stay parallel to the cover that i am trying to fish. I am hopping that someone can give me tips on fishing from the back using the trans-mount motor. a friend of mine to me to add wight to the front and that will give more control. i have not tried that yet I plan on building a low deck and adding a trolling motor to the front next season but with so little time left I will have it done this year. o forgot to say i am bass fishing.
  16. well it was a hand me down that was fished really hard then I fished it off this year. I probably could get it fixed but i am in the process of replace/ updating my equipment plan on doing now through winter
  17. does anyone use the winch for anything other then cranking. I just order one for my crankbaits but my worm/jig reel just broke (my error). I worm and jig more than cranking this time of year and was thinking about using the winch until i could replace my older revo s with the revo sx 3gen.
