  1. So to avoid those long winter trips to the wood shed while freezing , I decided to move my cord wood into my garage. Unfortunately my aluminum queen will be out in the elements. I just purchased a decent semi custom boat cover for it. Going to cover it with tarp after cover is on but how do I combat rodents while under cover? Traps?? Mothballs?? Dryer Sheets?? All the above!!!! Lol Could use some good advice. As always thank you. Lee
  2. Every three minutes.
  3. Fish tournament started at 6 am. Caught a 4.4 pounder at 630 am. Weigh in was at 3pm. Livewell is functioning fine and was on auto all day . And put a frozen liter bottle of water in there when it got really hot in the afternoon. Are there any additives that you can recommend that I should add to the water? Thanks. He wasnt in very good shape at the end of tournament.

  6. My aluminum triton battery/ fuel cell compartment gets rather warm down in there I noticed the other day while out on the water. Should they vent more? Seen a vent top for door but it would require cutting to install. Thanks for any input. Lee

  8. Are fish line shy when fishing clear open water with braid? I use it on all my frogs when in the salad. But in open water am I spooking fish? Thanks Lee. By the way. Using sufix 832 in moss green
  9. Thanks for the help Fish, Im going to do just that. So minus that orange wire in the diagram, It will wire like the picture shows then. Thanks again for the help from Slonezp as well.
  10. I have a brand new minn kota circuit breaker for the positive already. So can I safely just terminate the 3rd or orange wire in this instance by capping it off? Is this where I need to be?
  11. Hell my sufix 832 in green has faded to a real light green and I can say Ive noticed a difference. It even kind of matches the lilly pads now when fishing frogs with it. Now I have to by sharpies for my tackle box? The wife is gonna love this one! HAHAH
  12. My current motorguide tour series has 2 wires coming from unit. However at the end it has been soldered to a three wire plug. Im going to a 24 volt set up for it but can someone explain what I will do with the orange wire ( which is the third wire from the plug that comes to the back of the boat) Do I need two circuit breakers now? I dug out the orange wire in the back and it has a ring terminal with a old rusted circuit breaker on it but it wasnt hooked to anything? Kinda lost here and could use some help. Thanks, Lee

  16. I like the 130 in the heavy wind too. Very effective in my part of Mass.
  17. The waters I fish have some seeerious hydrilla here. Im not finding the current weedless mono ones helpful at all. Not to satisfied with the owner ones either. Something pretty satisfying about making them myself. - tight lines- Lee
