I love me some BBQ. Ribs, brisket burnt ends, pork chicken anything. Heres my problem, where I live (east tennessee) BBQ is expensive. I realize there is a lot of preparation that goes into bbq, but what makes it so expensive? Is it different in other parts of the country. Heres an example. A place down the street will charge 24.99 for a rack of spare ribs with two small sides. If you want baby back its 29.99 just seems high to me.
