  1. Any thing around Monkey island is good. The Elk arm is where Evers wore them out last year for the classic. but be careful getting in there the sunken bridge can sneak up on you. If the waters up in there flip bushes! Courthouse hollow directly East of Monkey is where i always start. then to the next cove south of that on the same side of the is always good too. If you go put in around Grove you really cant go wrong. 7+ inch worms and big jigs. and throw a wacky rig around the back of all the docks. Now that I've typed this all out i hope your trip isn't over. good luck.
  2. The B.O. is back guess I need to get back to checking the BR! Jacky-Boy has Baseball three nights a week, so that's pretty much my life now. We did get the boat wet yesterday at Gardner pretty much the same song and dance I had a solid fish on a 6 inch rage swim bait. then he whipped me on Da"Ned, Never a bad thing when the Boy-O boats more than me, the look on his face never gets old. Did have one of those Gardner brutes boil on a bubble walker but, before I could get a follow up cast a toon decided to beach right on the boil. THANKS TOONERS! Going out to the Dotte next Thursday, sounds like numbers and quality are up.
  3. I took my son out last Thursday after he got out of school. The Jerk bait bite is on. My son had one bass on the Ned and two trout on the dam with it. I wasn't able to fish any of the north side of the one way road, it was packed with bank fishermen. We did good on the stretch of bank below the Davis Hall, and on the West side from the tower south.
  4. that is what they look like.
  5. that place is 10 miles south of Bob and Mel's new place its amazing.
  6. Give me a reason not to buy another St. Croix LT!
  7. sounds like ill be back seating in blue's new boat. sounds like its going to be a good time.
  8. So are we fishing Thursday night that week?
  9. 29.1 miles from the Dam to Prairie Creek. It's a 45 min. drive.
  10. Im not against staying in Eureka. Plus this could be the swing vote.
  11. Everyone is standing around me at work trying to figure out why i'm on the floor laughing.
  12. I need a head count of who is wanting to come down on Thursday....
  13. Don't forget your 10xd's or your lucky craft mag cranks.
  14. joefish, fish the bladed jig slow. I like to barley feel the vibration of the blade.
