I just traded in an old junker pole and got a mojo bass spinning rod. The Mojo was marked 99.99 and they gave me a $20 discount. I also used a couple rewards I had and the cashier told me I could use any other coupon I could find but I didn't have any.

X2 on the Suffix. I started using it this winter and I've had zero issues.

I always try to fish into the wind. My thinking is the bass will be facing the current looking for an easy meal blowing into them. I try and look for some vegetation or a point that the current is traveling into and cast to keep my lure in the strike zone.

I was throwing a swim bait this winter when I snagged a 20lbs grass carp. I was worried it would ruin my 10lbs fluro but it all worked out.

I compete regularly in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournaments so I don't totally put it on the back burner but my training does suffer over the spring, summer and fall months.

I currently use all Mojo's and love them but I really want to try a Powell Diesel and a *** rod out. Maybe one of them will be my next rod.

My son and I watch it. After watching the snakehead episode that's all he talks about when we go fishing. "Dad when are we going to catch a snakehead?"

I did the Warrior Dash which is much shorter. With the Dash there was a lot of waiting at obstacles and parking was terrible but it was a great time. A few of my friends did the Mudder and had similar experiences just on a larger scale I guess. But like I said it was a lot of fun and we had a great time at the Warrior Dash.

I think what happened at Ohio State is definatelt a lot less serious than what has happened at numerous colleges. (PSU, Syracuse, Baylor, Washington....just to name a few)

Mine is a little weird. I came across an old St. Croix Premier Musky rod for free so I use it for my flipping. I can't wait to get a real pitching rod.

Did you see where any US Olympians that medal have to pay taxes on the medal and prize money that comes with it. Also they are forced to accept the prize money ($25,000 for gold) and pay taxes on it and give up their amateur status or refuse the prize money so they can still be NCAA eligible.

My mailman is terrible. The following has happened a fews times but I'll describe the lastest. A couple weeks ago my tracking number said out for delivery, so I stuck around the house waiting for the package because I had to sign for it. Also my mailbox is in a group of mailboxs that are around the corner from my house. So my wife comes home while I'm waiting and she said the mailman was just at the boxes. So I went to the boxes and found a note from the usps saying they tried to deliver the package at my door but no one was there to sign for it and I would have to go pick it up at the post office. I then called the post office and they said they are required to come to my door for delivery attempt but they get complaints all the time that this doesn't happen. So I made sure to nicely complain. Then a couple days later when I had another package coming I heard something get thrown at my door so I opened it to see what the heck was going on and there was my package. I'm just glad it wasn't fragile.

Sandusky retired after Joe said he wouldn't be the next head football coach. Paterno said he wouldn't be the next coach because Sandusky was to busy with the Second Mile. The Freeh report shows that all this happened before any of Sandusky incidents and states that the retirement had nothing to do with the incident. Did Joe know about something already? None of us know. Now there were two emails the Freeh report mentions that possibly pertain to Joe and only one mentions him by name. The first was an email with the subject Sandusky from the AD to the VP saying coach wants an update. Freeh assumes "coach" is Paterno but PSU insiders state Sandusky was always referred to as "Coach." Also the incident was fully investigated by the Police and no charges were filed. The second email is a little more damning and its about the 2001 incident. Basically the AD states that after talking with Joe he just wants to have a talk with Sandusky about not bringing kids around and getting him couciling and also to inform the Second Mile of the incident. The second email in my opinion makes Joe a part of situation but I think its far from solid proof that he was a part of the cover up since we don't even know if the AD really spoke with Joe. We know the Second Mile was informed and they did nothing. If joe wanted to cover this up why tell and outside agency like the Second Mile? Basically I feel that Joe, guilty or not is taking the fall and we will never get all the facts of how far this went.

Its hard to beleive that its not the law to report directly to the police. Unfortunately in this case it was reported Gary Schultz who oversaw the police department.

I understand your disqust for what happened and I'm not trying to pick a fight but I think PSU football and Joe P are the scapegoat in this situation. There are definately no emails from Joe P that you talk about even though the media will try and make you beleive there is. Also Sandusky was vetted by numerous child welfare agencies when adopting children and in association with The Second Mile and he fooled them all so I think it can be resonable that he fooled a football coach. I have no doubt that Paterno could have done more, maybe knew more but as of now there really are no facts about what Joe knew of tried to cover up. I would love for all the facts to come out. Not so much to exonerate anyone but to make sure everyone that was involved has pays for their role.
