  1. Largemouth - 5" Senko#912 color. Smallmouth- 3.25" tube Goby color.
  2. Based off of the OP's reasons. waste in bodies of water and fish deaths. Never. In my opinion lead poses a much bigger threat to the environment and wildlife.
  3. Plenty of colors and product selection on netbaits website,
  4. I had a lot of wind knot issues with four carrier braid, switched to eight carrier and the wind knots were reduced dramatically. 15lb power pro slick eight, Suffix 832, or Daiwa J 8, would be my recommendations.
  5. Big lures equals big bass. My biggest bass this year have all been caught with the ned rig.
  6. Love em or hate em, they're not going anywhere. Just unsubscribe and refuse to watch like I do.
  7. Both use the same patent number as the rage tail products. All of their baits that have the flanged tail will have the same patent number as the rage tail products. Different plastic formulations, scent and bait design are the subtle differences in the baits.
  8. Just a reminder guys, Googan baits and Bio spawn baits use the same patented rage tail. Different plastic formulations and scents, same tail.
  9. If your objective is to eliminate line twist, closing your bail manually will help in that endeavor. Using braid will practically eliminate that problem.
  10. Both techniques work. For me, I slow roll from Ice out to early Spring and late Fall to early Winter. The rest of the time I try to fish it off of the bottom at various depths.
  11. I don't care what others think, as long as I'm catching em that's all that matters to me.
  12. I I like it a lot, picked mine up at Walmart for the same price.
  13. I have the icon pt, At it's current pricing I couldn't pass it up. Compared to my Pro Qualifier and my Exceller, it is the farthest casting. I'm fishing from the bank and currently using it for jigs and t-rigs which I do not need long distance. I have accurist pt spinning reels which I purchased five years ago, they still perform like new.
  14. I'm right handed and use both right and left hand Bait casters. No debate for me.
  15. Nailed it!!
  16. Check out Walmart. Currently you can order a Quantum icon pt for $58.99 and pick up a Berkley shock for $40. Gotta have patience and be ready to pull the trigger when you find deals.
  17. For me it's weightless t-ririgged plastic stick baits. Ribbontails have their time and place, I just don't use them that much.
  18. When you make the decision to bed fish, you know up front that there will be a lot of fishing with very little catching.
  19. Spinnerbaits are one of my confidence baits, having said that, I throw them all of the time. Starting just after ice out.
  20. Some days are better than others. One thing is for sure when it comes to fishing, you will never catch em without a line in the water!!
  21. I learned my lesson last year, zero stars if I have to rate them.
  22. Some of the best info on the website, right there. Also you are never wasting time when you are fishing.
  23. I'm fishing mostly clear water from the bank most of the time. My perfect spinnerbait is a double willow leaf gold rear, silver front most of the time. Sometimes it's silver rear and gold front. I'm trying to imitate bluegill and pumpkinseed, those combinations work for me.
  24. Wonder if it has anything to do with profits? Most of the reel manufacturers also sell line. Daiwa sells J-braid, Shimano has Power Pro and Pure Fishing(Abu Garcia, Pfluger, Mitchell) have Berkley, Stren and Spiderwire. Just some food for thought.
