  1. The world 's biggest redneck cannot break a Triumph even when challenged to do so Dohhh, they don 't know me very well. :
  2. Hey Berry, dontcha think that having a dynomite BaitMonkey is just a lil bit too much ? :-? We have enough with him as it is and now you 's got him with dinomyte.
  3. Castaic manufactures several soft plastic trout baits. www.castaicsoftbait.com; but unless you have to don 't purchase them there, they are quite expensive t their site, TW has a good selection an at much more affordable price.
  4. GLoomis does not manufacture GL2s baitcasting in 6 '6", no wonder why you couldn 't find it. There 's no MBR782 model in neither GL2 nor GL3, only in IMX and GLX.
  5. Where I live bass have never seen a trout and will never see one..... trout lures will catch them big mommas.
  6. But his boat is not a 12 footer Chris, it 's a 10 footer. You should have seen my friend Pedro when he mounted and sit on that pedestal and he 's not as big as Airborne, he didn 't flip over just because I was counterbalancing otherwise I 'm certain that he would have fallen into the water.
  7. Before you jump on the Chronarch consider in getting an the import Metanium XT: 1.- You get 84 mm handle instead ob stock 80 mm 2.- half ounce lighter 3.- clicking tension knob adjustment 4.- 70 dollars LESS and free shipping from GinRinPeche e-bay. And it 's basically the same reel.
  8. My old man used to say: to get drowned a glass of water is enough. But apparently the man don 't read too good Chris: One of my uncles drowned in Avandaro while canoeing at the lake, the canoe flipped over and struck him on the head knocking him out, he was not wearing a PFD.
  9. Are you kidding me ?
  10. Before you jump on Cabela 's check your local window repair shops, aluminum hinges are used very commonly by them and you can get what you want from them cheap and you don 't have to pay shipping.
  11. When ordering on-line: Rule #1 Never ever order on weekends and when I mean "weekend" I mean Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Rule #2 Never ever order past 8 PM, your order won 't be processed and shipped until the next day Rule number #3 If you are in a hurry like trying to get your stuff for a weekend tournament and it 's Tuesday you are screwed, you won 't get your stuff in time for the tournament.
  12. Close your eyes.....take a deep breath..........exhale slowly......open your eyes and let the BaitMonkey choose.
  13. Shiners and goldfish are cyprinids.
  14. Gold Fluorescent Orange...just because it looks cool.
  15. 100 series reels are smaller than 200 models reels which is many cases also makes the reel with a limited line capacity, some versions are not available in 100 models.
  16. It must have been a bummer being sent to Hawaii. :
  17. The Spanish record is 4.200 kilograms or something very close to that figure. In Europe they do not have Florida strain bass, only northern strain so their fish don 't get munster big.
  18. It 's not going to be a good idea.
  19. Thanks ! let 's see what they have to say about it over the counter.
  20. Raul

    No more mudbugs?

Don 't know why some of the big places no longer carry them and apparently it 's in extintion process.
  21. How about 60 LESS and a get a Scorpion MG for 185 ?
  22. Get the Curado, at least you know that every single repair shop in the country is going to service it.
  23. Can I ask a favor CC ? please ask them if the reel can be refinished, I don 't mean the coating, thanks to a guest 's kid on my boat mine got a scratch on the top, then the scartch peeled something like a varnish skin on the sideplate ( 2 mm by 5 mm ), it doesn 't show much but I hate knowing that the peel is there. Obviously, this guy and his kid are never ever going to be invited in my boat again.
  24. My wife and I have been discussing for a while about moving, she says Cali I say Texas. If I had to move to the US I would move to Texas, in a triangle area somewhere in between San Antonio-Laredo-Brownsville Reasons: 1.- I 'm bilingual ( a valuable comodity ); 2.- If I want to practice I can open my clinic in Mexico, live in a border town and cross the river twice a day, if I don 't want to practice I can work or open a business, perhaps a tackle shop all I need to do is to change the status of my account with AR&G from foreign to domestic; 3.- why I say in the border ? well the climate is what I 'm used to ( HOT ! ), from San Antonio to the border you are no longer in TORNADO ALLEY, unless you choose to be like let 's say along the coast you are not in HURRICANE LANDING STRIP. 4.- You 've got some of the best Texas lakes and Mexico 's best lakes and some of the best sea fishing within a 2 hour drive radius. 5.- those little texan border towns have everything you need in terms of shops and still you live in a small town with all it 's benefits, 6.- being border towns there 's a lot of money around. 7.- Real estate is very cheap. 8.- Low Taxes
  25. There 's an old say: "you should never lend the woman, the pistol and the horse." There 's another one: "never ask to borrow anything, crap happens and it will happen on what you have borrowed "
