  1. x2 Dark colored plastics I have been killing them here in Jacksonville with senkos. Also swim jigs with some sort of trailer I use the Strike King KVD rodents
  2. This is my FIRST FATHERS DAY, what a start to the day I woke up this morning around 5:45 and went out fishing. On my third cast I landed a 22" 5 pounder on a 6" senko t-rigged the fish faught like a beast! Then the very next cast caught a 2.8 pounder and then a few smaller ones I was out for about 3 hours.
  3. Nice pics man
  4. Went out to ponte vedra this morning around 6:15 and caught a 5 LB 22 incher. My new top 5 is 18, 19, 21, 21, 22. My laptop is messed up and it says files are to big to load from my phone. I will post pics at some point. I am heading back out a little later hopefully I can get some replacement fish.
  5. Yea that is basically a once in a lifetime fish in waiting on mine lol and there will be a replica of it on my wall! But if u manage to catch that fish again that would be crazy. It didn't get that big for no reason it will be even more cautious now
  6. Was out this morning over in ponte vedra. I had the worst luck today, i managed to land a nice 18" and a couple smaller ones. Now to the bad luck! I was at the spot where I caught my PB. My girlfriend calls my phone so I am talking to her then all of a sudden tight line I set the hook reel it in, while still on the phone like an idiot. I get the fish to the shore had to be atleast 5lbs I'm holding te phone against my shoulder and ear. I get hook out and then the fish starts squirming I drop it and my phone and the fish flops it's way back into the water! Naturally I blame my girlfriend for calling me lol. Then I went to another spot was there for about a hour all of a sudden tr fish crushed my frog. Looked to be about a 4 maybe bigger fish was fighting and jumped twice out the water and all of a sudden my line gets snagged on something probably a log or something and snaps. That's the 3rd frog that I have lost (2 in trees and one probably hooked in the fish's mouth still)
  7. I would have taken pictures and a video of the fish got all it measurements and got a replica made of that beast 11.6 pounder! I would have released her as well. But I don't see no shame if someone wanted to keep a fish of that size
  8. Congrats on your new PB nice fish What did you catch it on?
  9. I hate losing lures eacpcially to fish! Last night I went through a whole pack of senkos in 3 hours. Another day I was using too water frogs and like an idiot I made 3 horrible casts into trees and lost 3 different frogs! The line got wrapped around the branch and so I had to cut the line. What are the odds I lose 3 different snag proof lures in one day.
  10. Man that's rough
  11. Went out this afternoon around 5:30 til dark. I was pulling them left and right out the Lilly pads using a 7" senko but absolutely nothing of size they were all under 12". I pulled out 15 and missed a bunch. I went through 6 senkos. I am going out again tomorrow morning around 5:30
  12. Wow that's a monster smallie
  13. Yea that's what I hear about smallmouth. My whole life I've only fishe for largemouth. I never experienced te fight o a smallmouth or a peacock bass.
  14. Nice fish man how big u think it is? Fish has nice color
  15. Went out this morning at 6:30 caught a few biggest was 14" and missed a big one didn't hook it right lost it about 3 feet from shore.
  16. Yes you are absolutely correct about the ease of use. That's y I stuck with the iPhones because I feel it's simple and everything flows. I just wish instead of giving us the same recycled phones add a nice ZOOM on the camera that's all it need. Back to fishing I live in Jacksonville I don't even know where to go to catch smallies
  17. Man I have the 4s and IMO the camera and video quality sucks compared to that of a real camera.. The iPhone zoom is horrible. Idk if there is another app that makes the camera better but I doubt it I use the standard camera feature and it's horrible compared to other smart phones with less megapixels. But I agree with u he needs an upgrade if he still has a flip phone.
  18. Yea I want to get a nice camera I am thinking about getting a go pro soon
  19. I think they were chasing dragon flies I'm talking full out breach of the water feet above the water. To paint a picture if you have eer had a bass jump as your are reeling it in think of te highest you have ever seen and double it! I'm talking a good 3 feet minimum from their tail to the water and these were HUGE fish. I am going back there this weekend I am going to see if I can get any footage, suck that it will be using my iPhone
  20. Yes everybody loves some pics with a great story
  21. Yea I am the same way 100% of the fish I catch I release. I just take a few pics then off they go. I don't eat fish so there is no point in me keeping them.
  22. Wow this whole time I have been transferring the photos tot computer then I upload them to tinypic.com and resize them then I put them on te site, it's a very tedious process I've been on this site for how long and I just learned something new...
