do some looking aroung to see what type of bate fish are in the lake...you can find this stuff out through the dnr. and then find everything you can about the bait,(what do they eay, do they spawn, what water temp are they most active, habitat, ect.......)

I'm headh ed to lake of the ozarks this wk end... april 18th is when i'm going... just wondering if anyone can give me some pointers i had good luck last year fishing main lake points.... tryed to get some post spawners on the edge of the chanels in front of river mouths but no luck... any give me an idea of what stage there in right now... i'm coming from mn and are bass are already spawning so i asume there is alot of post spawn stuff happening down there any info would be greatly apr...
