  1. Have a MH/F and it is an awesome rod fish weightless and weighted t rig and lipless cranks. Sensative to feel bottom and light hits but plenty of back bone to get em out of the weeds. Best rod in that price range IMO.
  2. I heard about this from your boat captain. Nice, those Nelson Mandela's bringing in the big fish lol
  3. Lightning rods are good if I were you I would check those out
  4. BPS Spinnerbaits are pretty good for around $5 bucks, the sure do beat many others at that price.
  5. Oh ok, my pops was born there grew up watching Stan the man. I grew up watching the wizard because he was still a fan. Got a buddy at work that is from there and big cards fan. Always goes to spring training. I know I owe you a pm with some spots I need to get the road names down. I won't forget. Yeah the salt is cool too. I try to go but it is a lot of time out of a busy schedule. Only make it out a time or two a year. But I can point you in the right direction. StrikeZone is more of a saltwater shop too so they can help you out too.
  6. We have been to the luray zoo my wife's grandmother lived there. It is a cool place. We have a local gator farm in st aug that has a variety of reptiles. He was deffinately glued to the glass on that.
  7. I really like buck, very good baseball mind and does a great job. Haven't really been too impressed with duqette, the wada signing and some pitching picks havent panned out. he likes his recycled cubs players too. but I think he would do a better job if the real problem Angelos would keel over and die.
  8. Best shape can change a lot of things there has been people who lose or gain and it changes how they play. I am not a cc fan, I think he is over hyped. He isn't David price talent. And yep it will be ugly games slug fests. Lol You when you get a former redsox gm and a former Yankee skipper I don't think anything good is gonna result especially when you add in the worst owner in baseball
  9. Welcome man. You gonna be close to beach blvd checkout StrikeZone they might be able to help I also know a few spots on that area of beach and down by the town center. I will pm you this weekend some time. I am a little busy the next two days, pine wood derby time for the Cub Scouts. Me and Michaelt meet up ocasionally down on the southern part of southside. Talk to him too. Where you moving from?
  10. Yeah and made 2 mil less than what the O's were going to give him. Rays got a steal. They are looking good too. Probably the BoSox closest comp if the finally can score runs this yr.
  11. dykstra is out of the pokey and on work release. he needs a job lol
  12. Polar opposite of O's u imagine those two getting physicals from Angelo's lmao.
  13. Relaxed for having just struck at him.....oh he is missing parts of fingers and arm from being bitten
  14. We just went to the serpentarium in St Cloud Fl Got to see them milking a cotton mouth, coral, rattler and cobra. Nice talk on how anti venom is made. Interesting thing Darren is that all the North American pit vipers has similar venom so rattler, copperhead cotton mouth etc. are all the same anti venom.
  15. BoSox 2014! Their division to lose buddy. Time to put a string of rings together
  16. Starting second baseman Brian Roberts lol perfect compliment to tex how many games you think that right side will play together my guess is 1 opening day lmao. They don't know who's at 3 yet. Kelly Johnson and that utility guy....they look real stacked lol of course you could go the O's route and announce a signing only to back out repeatedly makes it real enticing for other FAs to attempt to join your ball club. And while the O's are giving out physicals why not get rid of that bum remimold lol he join Roberts up there in ny
  17. Looks like that bass ran into one of them flesh eating zombies. Looks like they are moving outta Miami, time to stock up on ammo.
  18. Fishing! Unless my team was in the superbowl then again I think I would pick fishing.
  19. Bro it is too cold here! But last couple weeks light Texas rigs for me and my buddy with small worm or ribbon tail 4-7" range. Got a few on spinner baits too. Ifi were you I would throw a lipless (black/blue/green with silver or orange)or spinnerbait(white/chart) see if you get bit on that then break out a t-rig or jig and work slower. Black/blue, purples(junebug or tequilla), gr pumpkin, watermelon, blues and red shad as far as colors work. Ponds around here that are used for storm water retention are basically featureless so work the conc boxes and culverts. Weed lines are important too. I fish mainly morning but am assuming you will be afternoon so they will be a hair more active.
  20. Your smoked meat produces look delicious. I am with you on the sprouts highly underrated, I do them two ways, steamed with butter or sautéed in butter onion and some bacon or prosuto bits.
  21. Yeah those are the ones I don't know much on seen on bass master articles and haven't used. They use spoons like that for kings and replace the treble for a single hook. The ones made for redfish have a single hook built to the spoon those suckers are hard to hang up.
  22. Aqua dream....there are different kinds of spoons. The ones I seen and used for inshore aren't the same as the spoons that are used for bass. The bass ones seem heavier, different shape and have trebles typically but havent really seen many speciffically for bass...The aqua dream and bomber are weedless and fished in grass and they even have small size for pin fish. The gold spoons I typically fish are Johnson or gator spoon with a little curltail grub. Some come with a swivel or eye ring and swivel. Straight retrieve most times, figure out the pace. Or lift and lower sometimes a sweep. C A Richardson has some good vids on spoons, I recall one video using spoons in La.
  23. Glad to hear it, best wishes to her and you.
  24. Pflueger. President or supreme.....if you can find a president XT that is the best IMO
