I believe most folks would agree the freedoms you talk about would be ones that should be God given. Here is more general what I believe think others might too. I should be able to do with my property as I please on my property and speak as I feel in or on my property and tell whom can come on or in my property and with my property I will defend my neighbors and the governments property so long as they protect my rights and defend me. This notion is failing as we now have the government, random folks, watchdog groups telling us what we can and cant say or do with our property on our property and they won't defend me or my rights. That is why I tend to think this is total BS and the man shouldn't be punished. A moral in justice yes, a crime no. Who are these people to judge this man, we all will eventually be judged by a higher authority than high ho silver or society. These people judge so they can feel better about themselves and sleep at night. My rant is done.

Yes, I have had and seen the same thing happen. I have also fished heavy pressured ponds and you will end up with smaller fish under 2 for 80-90% of the time, but then there is that time when everything adds up and you get the 4, 5 or 6 on the line. Example is we fish, me and my buddy that is, my publix pond we so do half of the southside. we get fish here and there, a good week. Then a bad week or two then every so often you will get a really nice fish. Most folks thinks it just holds dinks, they don't stick around and work all angles. My point is don't give up try to figure it out and you will be rewarded.

I believe in some states, here in FL, it is illegal to tape a person without them knowing. He should have grounds to file a lawsuit.

Check out Dobyns, I am very impressed with the versatility of my 734C. They have several models and lengths, like hokie said it is a little softer than its rating imo

Berkely crappie nibbles work really well. I use those over worms and crickets now because they last longer and are a perfect size for the little bait hooks. Kids love them too. neon yellow or hot pink.

Another vote for the Ugly Stick.....Short rods are hard to find.The Ugly Sticks are the only ones in glass and I have an older Berkley lighting that are graphite. They make the newer ones (both Ugly sticks and Lightnings) in 5'6" and 6' in M and the longer one in M and MH in both spinning and casting. My son uses a MH 6' it is a good length.
