I agree with what Sam said but in addition to the two posts you can walk over and look, see if there are bluegills or minnows and how they act. There is a pond here with both but no bass and they swim free and are abundant and small. Where as a pond with a larger preditor they hold cover, are bigger because they get weeded out etc. also walking the bank you can see if you spook a bigger fish or see any juveniles holding close to shore. Good luck.
Myers to Chisox...hmmm hearing he may still close shoots holds or saves he will get more than in Htown. Tell u the reds are on fire Champman has 5 of my 7 saves this week.
nice job, gotta love them trick worms. I will be out tomorrow with the boys n definitely Monday been dying to get back to my spot after I spied a hiding place last week. Hope I have as good a day as you man.
My favorites are BPS carbonlite rods, pflueger reels, grande bass and zoom plastics, rebel poppers and craws, bomber square A cranks, and rapala lures, Booyah spinner baits and jigs, Owner hooks and stren mono.
Bass master magazine's pole of PGA Tour folders voted the course at the players best bass spot on tour. Get on the courses around here they are loaded for sure! And that culvert with lily pads at the WOG exit on 95 looks super fishy lol
Then do what smr913 said in post #2. the shell cracker looks good for exactly that. Or one of the Lateral perch from power tackle might work for what you want. Also the Berkley Havoc devil spears.
How do you rig the crickets, are they live or the ones in a can? Also my son picked up some plastic crickets from big bite baits. how would you recommend to rig them? I have been running a hook inside it but just curious if I need to go to that pains or if I could just hook it like behind the head or something.
Someone dropped Travis Wood, I am making a claim dropping Jair myself. I figure jair is more of a gamble, hopefully there is no innings limit on Wood
Villneuva on Toronto, and Blackley on Oaktown are still available should Wood fall through. Worst comes to worst I will snag a realiable reliver like wade davis or Darren Oliver to tide me over. Someone is offering Liriano for cather or pitcher but I don't wanna give up either, got plenty of OFs tho.
If you use live bait clip a fin. I had heard this from a wise old fishing sage and read an article to back up his tip. Lots of freshwater fisherman don't, next time I go live I will try it.
Especially with the private hospitals. You should see the billboards and commercials here for st Luke's trying to pry business away from baptist medical. I never realized this before, thinking most hospitals are public. In southern md and north va there was only ever 1 hospital in the county. Crazy
1800 dollars(had a high deductable insurance) for 8 stitches in my 2.5 yr old. Then the regular docs say oh we can't take stitches out the face u need to go back to the ER. Uhmm NO....Siscors, tweezers and cross face choke hold we had them out and the memory is priceless.
Yeah my 3 year can't let it sit either. Mine has a cars pole, it came with a rubber tire to practice casting. I gave it to him the first time in the house I didn't think the boy would put it all together that was scary the first time that rubber slugg went flying by, but I got used to it, one eye on the tv one eye on the kid casting, he does it outside now. Funny how quick they pick things up, how much they can get from just watching us.
Good stories Clayton
@ Clayton : lol @ "by injection"...if she is not as good now maybe it was the babies that were sharing their fishing mojo with her. That is promising for them.
@ rockchalk : LOL So true....
she reminds me with a smile, half joking. I believe they will be passed down. Dickish as they might sound now at the time no harm was intended when it happened and that is the funny part it just worked out. I mean I got a remote and a choice between Regis philbin and Mike&Mike what was I supposed to do.
