  1. They are also in the 1st isle where they have all the other rulers, culling balls, pliers, and etc.
  2. Yes, in Dania. Was toward the back of the isles of bait, by the BassTracker they have sitting there.
  3. No, I don't use YoZuri for topwater exclusively. I use 17# Sufix Siege for my topwater rig. I just spooled by around town beater rig with 12# YoZuri so that when I want to throw topwater with it I can, since its the only rig I keep with me at all times in the car. It was spooled with 20# Fluoro, and wont work for topwater. The wind knots that you are experiencing is due to a few things. The Jr is a light frog, and if you don't have the reel properly tuned, you will end up with backlashes (for a baitcaster anyway). If you are throwing the frog on a spinning rig, wll then I cant help you there, because I don't touch that stuff, its bad for your health, lol. For frog fishing, never anything but braid, and try to run at least 50# for proper performance. Between the strong hookset and the fact that it floats, its just the proper thing. I do trim the legs about an inch, and on a diagonal cut as well. As far as the # for YoZuri, 12 is the best all around that I have found to be able to use for multiple bait presentations.
  4. Ok, so refer back to the previous page to see the ruler thing that I picked up from BPS last night, I got the pics on it.
  5. Yep, I erased too much, lol. Oh well. Lou got them down. Hopefully I get some more impressive fish to post.
  6. OK, that worked, and was pretty simple to figure out. Thank you soo much MCS. I wonder if since I erased all the pics if they get erased off the site too?
  7. I guess Im gonna have to have Martin the computer genious help me out.
  8. I tried it, I just dont get how it works. Its telling me that I cant upload them with that thing. ??? !@#$%^&*
  9. OK, we have a problem. I can no longer upload pictures for some reason on this site. Its saying I have exceeded my alotted disc space for downloads? This is not going to be good.
  10. I thought I would share this with you guys. I went to BPS today after work to pick up some 12# YoZuri line and some more Spooks, and I came across this. I have never noticed them before, but they happen to have them on an end cap, and I had to pick one up. Its a foldable plastic fish ruler. What I like about it is that its plastic, so it wont harm the slime coat. It folds in half to fit into my BassMember bag that I carry with me while I walk the banks. Also, its wide enough that I can lay a fish on it in the boat and not have to worry about having someone always take the picture for me. I only paid $6.99 for it, and it seems to be the meal ticket for me. It goes up to 24 1/2", so that should be enough length (or will it? lol). Spooled to Lews SD/Carbonlite combo with 12# YoZuri so that I can get back to using topwater baits with it, and am going to pound the banks with Martin tomorrow after work. I will let you guys know how this thing holds up and works out. OK, this is not letting me upload these pics.
  11. You think thats bad. I have a S-10 with a camper top on the back. What you you think I did? Velcroed zipties to the ceiling of it to hang like loops so I can suspend my daily rig to it so its not in the way on the floor of the bed. Yeah, its about a $250 Super Duty/Carbonlite combo that is in there 24/7, but with it hanging from the roof, you cant even tell that its there.
  12. Yeah, 15" is about right for me too.
  13. Just don't take any advice from Martin, Sorry Martin.
  14. Soap opera!! Yeah, we got a few characters here for sure.
  15. You should see S FL. Its full of people from up North, especially the Snow Birds. (Oh God, they will be here soon). Oh, and don't get me started on the Canadians! Jeebus! Us regular Southern Boys are a rare breed down here. Im originally a Kentucky boy, I have seen drastic changes down here in the past 20 years. I loved going back up there during the Summer to stay with my Grandparents. Screw the Summers down here, dirtbikes and trail riding, horses, big Blue Cats, frog gigging, hunting, and just being able to do anything I want and not get arrested for it. I miss it soo much. At least the Bass fishing is better down here. All the problem people don't make it on the water, so at least I can escape them one way, lol.
  16. Does anybody else see that we are the only Comp that actually talks to each other? I keep looking at them Yanks up North, and they all seem to be pretty Comp oriented. Thank God we got our stupid convo's to keep us occupied, and great videos to boot! LOL
  17. No he doesn't yet, didn't you see the video? They are having supply problems, LOL.
  18. I guess I have an idea now, lol. Don't forget, I have 23 years experience Bass fishing. I have seen some things man.
  19. This is REALLY good advice. Similar structures to what I fish in my areas. Pay attention to the walls, the fish usually will hold to them. This time of the year the Shad are schooling around. Keep your eyes in the water, pay attention to what is going on. Look for the schooling Bass. What are they doing? Are they swimming around and hunting, or are they holding location?
  20. LOL. You imagine the fish hitting and following the lure because that's all you have? The imagination, since they don't actually bite your lures? Bwahahahahaha!! J/K. You crack me up! Don't worry my friend, my Jedi training will bring you the skill eventually. Even Luke Skywalker had to learn the hard way.
  21. Wardens Rooster Tails! Gets them all the time. I love catching them on my UL setup with a Rooster Tail and 4# test line. Almost, and I mean ALMOST, better than Bass fishing. Its just really fun when the Bass don't want to play nice.
  22. Funny, I caught a Mayan Cichlid last night on the Flappin Shad. Mind you that I rig it with a 5/0 EWG hook, so the fact that it was able to get that big bait and hook in its mouth was pretty unbelievable to me. Them pan fish are mighty aggressive!
