  6. Hey guys I have ran into a weird issue. I uninstalled my old Eagle Cuda 168ex and installed a Hummingbird 570di on the front of my boat. I used the same power wires I already had installed. The problem I am having is the battery is dying after I keep the 570 on for just 15mins! The master switch controls the power so it's not straight wired to the battery. What's the problem?

    Weird

Went out to the lake today and the water temps were 66 in most places we fished and 58 in others. Seen alot of shallow fish in 2 feet or less in a big cove but only hooked one in over an hour and a half so we moved and fished a bluff wall that was 12 feet throwing a 1/2 ounce jog and that's we pulled 6 fat females from this area. Just couldent get that shallow bite

    Senko

I am prob the only guy on here that has yet to use a senko lol. I finally bought a pack today after hearing all the magic. I'm going to try them tomorrow I will be fishing shallow all day. What's the best way to rig them?
  16. Thanks everyone for the replys. I'm going to take your advice this is my first time fishing this lake in winter pool
  17. I don't know if it's me or the rain 3 days ago. I was excited getting out today and fish for a good 7 hours. As I get on the water I noticed the temp was 55.6 that's 3 degrees cooler then last week. I fished two points and after nothing the only thing that seemed appalling was chunk rock walls and bluffs. This is a man made lake and there is no vegatition. I just have no idea what to do to produce fish
  18. Yes I'm going to the river Tom west fork. I'm sure it's going to be muddy but o well
  19. Hey guys I wanted your thoughts on bait colors in muddy water. Water temps are 59 and it rained close to 2 inches today the craw fish are real dark right now. Would you still throw black and blue jig and plastics?
  20. What is the best 23 pitch Yamaha prop? I have a 1999 skeeter sx186 with a vmax 150 that gets 59mph on a 25m prop at 5400rpms I would like to see 5800-6000 Rpms and around 64mph
  21. Well this week it's been above 70 all week I plan on fishing saterday but it's only gonna be 56 and Friday it's going to rain. Do you think the rain the day before I go is going to turn the fish off?
  22. Thanks for all the suggestions i am most likely going to see if the alabama rig will show me any luck. I really need to work on all my presentations. YouTube here I come lol
