  1. For real? haha...well, hopefully he can use it.
  2. Once again, I have only asked for shipping comfirmation. 2 days after the check is cleared is not long enough to ship the item? I usually ship the same day, well that's just me. I guess, I am sorry.
  3. OK. I guess I was over reacting a little bit. Sorry, dont want to disappoint the boy. I know 2 days is a bit short, but it would calm him down if he know the package was sent. And that's all I am asking from him really, just a shipping comfirmation...
  4. BLee. Like I said I do apologize if I am mistaking, but he agreed to ship it on Monday and now it is Wednesday... I do not want to dislead anyone, but hearing a 11 years old boy cry...really got me upset.
  5. Recently, I have bought a tackle bag from luckyinkentucky and paid with personal check because he doesn't accept paypal. Well, I normally do not send check but I trusted him. He has received the check on the 25th of March, and the check cleared on the 29th. I have sent him several PMs regards to the shipments, but he said the check hasn't clear yet. This bag we are getting is for an 11 years old boy from church, that my wife and I are helping, both of his parents got laid off from work. And we are doing our best helping them out. Since he is on spring break right now, and his 79 years old grandpa is taken him out for fishing. My wife and I though it is a great idea to get him a backpack, since he is still on wheelchair from an accident and a backpack would be very useful. And thank god he will recovery, and hopefully he can walk again. I have given him my ID and password to log on our forum, so he can found out when his backpack is sent. For the past two day, he was logging on almost every hour to check on the message from luckyinkentucky. And today, when I come home from work, he called me and said, Lee, he hasn't send me the bag yet then started to cry. My eyes were sober, I was so angry. I was angry at myself that I have disappointed an 11 years old boy if my wife and I are able to afford another bag, then we would buy him another one. But we have our own financial hardship, sigh. Luckyinkentucky, if you have send the backbag then I am sorry about making this post. If not, this is morally WRONG. I have no other word to describe this, this is just wrong. Please let this be a warming to our friends on the forum, be careful. Once again Luckyinkentucky, I will apologize in advance if you have already sent the bag. Then please provide us with the tracking information. If not, this is just WRONG >
  6. Hello, I am new to bass fishing as well...hehe, if you need a co-angler during your outings please let me know. I will be glad to share the cost of fuel, etc. ;D
  7. Do you guys use a bobble when fishing with a split shot? I tried with powerbait yesterday after work, and each time I reel it back in, the baits are gone. So, I am assuming I am not detecting a strike?
  8. In what conditions were you guys consider using a lizard? I haven't had any luck with them.
  9. Got it. Snap instead of swing. Roadwarrior, as you said lower my rod tip and reel down. Do you keep some slacks out before you set the hook? Or you will reel in the slacks before snap it.
  10. It is rigged weightless. I count to 20 for the worm to fall to the bottom, and sometimes I will count to 15...
  11. I went out this morning for 5 hours, since the weather is pretty cold so I decided to throw plastics. Of course, Senko and fat Ika were the weapons of choice. I casted it out there, and waited 20 second before I pop the rod tip. I can see the slacks been pulled down, so I figured that's a strike. Then, I reeled in the slacks and tried to set the hook but got nothing It happened to me about 5-6 times, now I am confused if I have really detecting a strike? I have fished those lures with the same method before and didn't have a problem. Now, my question is how do you guys detect a strike while fishing Senko or Fat Ika?
  12. Yeah, dont feel bad. I have used pretty much everything in my tacklebox, and couldn't get a bite. Even Senko didn't produced for me...
  13. You got a winner there bro.
  14. My local walmart carries it, but I still get it online since it is much cheaper.
  15. 8:00am-10:00am;5:00pm-7:00pm
  16. Usually I will go every Sunday from 7am-12pm. If I am able to get off work early, then I will go fish for 1-2 hours before dinning.
  17. R1peacok, if you ever decided to fish patapsco river please let me know. I have been to patapsco valley state park for company picnic, and went down to that bridge at route 40 but didn't had a chance to fish. The water is very shallow near the bridge, where were you fishing for small mouth?

  19. I started to fish Fat Ika after reading the articles, and small mouth loves them...I didn't even know small mouth existed in my lake until I start fishing Ika.
  20. The pond is 15 mins away from UMBC. You can rent a boat at centennial lake if you are interested.
  21. http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_59170_100003002_100000000_100003000_100-3-2 Great Combo.
  22. I didn't bother to say anything until now... Senko must be the easiest bait to fish, all you need to do is cast it out there and let the bait work itself. Like other folks said, you are making this way too complicated.
  23. 3.5lb small mouth on 6lb spider wire using live minnows, I was fishing at Tyler, TX for crappies.
