  1. I just joined this forum recently and saw this....How is the fishing for you now? I pretty much rock Perris 2 times a week and pretty much never get skunked. I even caught my PB there ....avatar pic.
  2. Shaky heads are my favorite way to fish plastics.......try brush hogs and beaver baits on them as well.
  3. Congrats !! WTG brutha!
  4. I would say to stick to depths 15' and shallower and throw out T-rigged creatures ...you can also toss drop shot purple worms.
  5. Nice catch bro.....I love jigs!
  6. Thanx again everyone! I have been killing them tis year at Perris.
  7. You have to float tube Lake Perris...It is a great lake for tubing. I usually take my boat out on Thursday afternoons till dark and on Sunday mornings till around noon.....send me a PM if you go out. Remember...the lake is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
  8. Dang way to go! I never really thought about keeping a count for the year.
  9. Nice pig!!!!! I have been catching some nice ones here in CA.
  10. Woo hoo.....that's a football!!!
  11. Thanx guys.....I caught her on a shaky head Robo worm 6" at Lake Perris in CA.......I live in Moreno Valley so its my home lake. I have been doing really good this year .... I have landed several fish over 7# on a shaky head....great way to fish a worm.
  12. I caught her on 9-11 and she weighed 12lbs 8oz!!! This is my PB so far..
  13. wtg!!!! That onew has to be bigger than 6.5lbs....I have caught plenty of fish in that size and well she looks to be 8lbs......awesome man.!!
  14. Keep on moving and find the deepest weeds and structure and do like what was mentioned before and throw a rattle trap. If no bites then they will be sitting where the water depth starts to get deep .....throw a 1/4oz jig and pig into the deepest weeds and you will pull up some nice fish.
  15. I heard that about DVL...I usually do pretty good at Perris when there is a full moon..... I try not to follow the moon phase to much for lake fishing.
