I've been debating which HDS-2 to get. I want and probably will end up getting the HDS-10. But It erks me beyond belief that the cost would sky rocket by simply going to a bigger screen. Hopefully They have a $1000 rebate coming out soon!!! But I think we know thats not going to happen.

Because of my job I haven't been out fishing much this year. I'm planning on having a week off in a couple of weeks and if the weather holds out (above 32 deg.) I'll be on the water the whole week. I was out last weekend and not even a bite. I typically use plastic worms, spinners and crankbaits. I was talking to some of the guys I work with and they were saying live bait was the best for fall fishing. I've never fished this late in the season. Is there any truth to this? Or any suggestions? I live in upper Wisconsin.

I've gotten into fishing about 5 years ago. I bought a boat from someone that worked for me that needed the money. Since then I bought a Ranger boat and went from closed reels to bait casters. And went from night crawlers to spinners and plastic worms. The internet is a great place to learn what ever your interested in. I'm especially interested in learning how to find lunker bass.
