  1. Sorry Dom, I have been prefishing and getting ready for a Tournament. Will do my best to get the M.O. out Monday. Where do I find the instructions? Kelley
  2. I agree with Russ. I was in the truck with you also. Kelley
  3. You tell them justfishing. What happened to "FREE SPEECH". If you post something out of line the MODERATORS will take care of it. I enjoy your post and if some "$#@%&* PRUDE" don't want to read it DON'T. Kelley
  4. Many thousands $ at my Triton Boat dealer. Kelley
  5. I use Stickjackets. I have 12 of them, 2 spinn, 10 casting and love them. If you decide to go this way Brad Covert(of this site) will give you a 10% discount and great service. Tell him I sent you and you are a Forum member. Kelley
  6. Jaskoh, I used 1/2 inch. Kelley
  7. The only other thing I know you can do is "Kill All The Fish" and start over. Kelley
  8. How large is this pond? It is not recommended to stock crappie in a small pond as they eat all the fry and over populate the pond. Kelley
  9. Jaskoh, get a cooler, as big as you can haul in your trunk, a bilge pump, hose to fit it, and a piece of pvc pipe and cap, cap one end, put the hose on the other, and 12 volt battery. take a hack saw and cut small slits or a drill and drill holes all on the same side of the pipe, mount the pipe above the water line with the holes down. You can buy a kit from Bass Pro to do this if you don't want to do the leg work to collect the parts.(cooler livewell kit) If you don't want to get an extra 12 volt Battery you can run a long wire with a cigerette lighter from the trunk through your window to the lighter plug in your car. A 48 qt cooler should keep 15 to 20 10in bass alive for that 35 mile trip. This also works as a livewell for a boat that doesn't have one. Will also keep bait alive. Kelley
  10. I won a lot of tournaments in the 70s and early 80s in a bass tracker 17 with a 40 hp merc. you can't catch a fish at 70 mph. Go for it if they will allow you to fish your boat. Kelley
  11. Way to go Dom. You were past due. Kelley
  12. Black elec. tape will work also. ie. Tennessee handle.
  13. They love Bass jigs also.
  14. I have had to fish sitting down since 1981 due to an industral accident. My injury was servere enough that the company and federal goverment retired me. That did not stop my fishing and made my deer hunting better as I have to sit more and move around less. I have won numerous club and local tournaments. The only technique that I have any problem with is flipping. I do a modified pitch instead. Kelley
  15. If the rod accidently got broken : the company would send him a brand new one for the fee.
  16. I fished clear mountian lakes in Eastern and Central Kentucky. More than 80% of the Bass beds I saw were under some sort of cover. Either a limb, brush, clump of grass, root, even saw Spoted bass nest on the metal bars that made up a comerical dock. Kelley
  17. I pour my own using owner hooks on most. I am using mustad on my poison tail. Looking for a better hook for that mold. Have to do a lot of sharping on the mustad and that cuts into my fishing time. I pour 7 types of jigs at this time. Nothing like fooling a Bass with a bait you made. My PB Smallie came on a 1/16oz ball head. Kelley
  18. Ck your PM's.
  19. Dom, glad you and Ron got out fishing again. Also glad Ron got a new PB. I understand why you laid down the jig but with the front coming in you could have maybe 'killed the skunk'. Kelley
  20. I thought maybe my guilt-trip on Nick worked and you were fishing for Peacocks. Nice fish. I love Ky & Barkley Lakes just don't get down that way enough. Kelley
  21. Post coldfront, Baro. pressure over 30.20 or under 29.80, anytime the bite is tough. Kelley
  22. The easy way is to use a 5' rod. The shorter the rod the easier to walk the dog. Kelley
  23. Picture is so small I really can't tell anything about them. Try to resize them up. Kelley
  24. The newer models are green. I have several 7'MH and haven't had any of the problems you describe. They are on-sale right now at $64.94. Wish I could justify buying another one or two. Kelley
