Anyone notice more bite using a red hook on t rig set up? My buddy says so but haven't tried it myself.

I was using P-Line. This was going to be for my drop shot set up. I would have went to 8# but didnt have any and was wired on Red Bull so wanted to get it setup. I'm going with PP Hi Vis yellow with 8# flouro leader now. I would think braid would be more sensitive on a slack line...no? I do like how I can see the yellow line though...it helps.

OK, so at least I know its not me. I'm just gonna switch to braid with a flouro leader. Thanks

Using a Shimano 2500... Didn't overfill...

I put 10# flouro on 2 reels...I watched YouTube vids on how to do it properly...but no matter what when I flip the bail it comes flopping out. I tied on a 2oz weight, casted way out, reeled in hoping it would help...nothing. I lost half my spool full of line last fishing trip while having to cut a bunch out after it tangled so bad. What am I doing wrong? Frustrated!

Im trying to get all my rod and reels setup with lures for my boat and trying to figure out what lures are best worked with a spinning reel vs. a baitcaster. Im just getting used to using baitcasters so looking for some input from those with experience. At first I told myself I would never use baitcasters since Im so used to spinners but after learning how to use one I really like em. Do any of you here use only one or the other or mix them up for certain lures?

Boat was fine...driving it up on trailer was a nightmare. Never done that before and my first bass boat. Finally had to let my friend do it for me. Boat is hard to line up...seems to drift to the right...I needed to pull farther out I guess.

What color trailer you guys use when using a black/blue jig? Do you match the color with say a junebug trailer or go any color. Haven't tried my black/blue jig yet but plan to tomorrow. Thanks
