  1. Ok so my Saturday fishing buddy just canceled for La Cygne Saturday, yes this Saturday. If any of you non-boaters or any one else wants to jump in my boat call or text me 302 943 8810, all I ask for is some gas money for the truck, I will take care of the boat gas. Astro Table has tomorrow as the Shat for September 1130am until 2pm and with the cold weather I am hoping the big girls have moved closer to the overflow area or the flats there. Wind will be ESE at 8mph
  2. Either works for me get paid on th 5th and 20th
  3. LMAO!!!!! I fish it all the time!!
  4. I am ok with this suggestion, I dont work weekends and would like a Saturday trip also. Blue stop picking on my Walleye lake
  5. Beter off than I am, I have never seen that Lake!!
  6. Pounded State Lake/Pond Sunday! Shakehead & Square Bil
  7. Lacygne is hit or miss during the fall unless the lake temps keep dropping, I love that lake dont get me wrong but it would be the first guy to the rock pile wins if the temp is in the mid 60's. I like Clayton have had 30+ fish days out there with a lot of 4+'s boated. I like the idea of a lake I have never seen much less fished! Melvern was fun but my lawd they charge an arm and a leg for a campsite! Regardless I am in either way and count my boy Sean also he has been buggin the crap out of me ever since we fished Melvern!
  8. Screw fishing i am going to see naked chicks!!!
  9. Meat wagon report..sorry was running low had to re stock!!
  10. You my boy Blue!!! Good work as always!!! Quick question: Anyone ever fish Lewis and Clarke or Bean Lakes up that way? I was out wondering around Sunday and passed those on 45, which by the way is freshly paved all the way to 435!!
  11. Did you go over the break in period in the owners manual? I have a 2010 LOWE FM165 with a four stroke EFI Merc and I could no take it over 3500 RPMS for the first hour of use and could only go WOT for 60 seconds for an hour after that, you need to make sure you seat the valves/piston rings properly during the break in period. Just an FYI the computer system on the new Mercs was designed by Porsche Glad everything went smooth just wanted to give ya a little heads up on breaking in a new motor!!
  12. Lacygne IMO, I meant Coffey
  13. Just dress like your going snow sking and your all good!! Like Clayton said Lacygne in the summer IMO is a waste of time, you can fish it but with the water levels like they are I am not running up the creek, once that main Lake temp drops into the 60's its game on!
  14. My advice get some cones and pratice in a large parking lot first! Congrats on the new Toy! at 159th your half way to Lacygne already!
  15. Like Clayton said welcome to the board. I agree 100% we all share our info and will help out when we can. I am also in the OP and always looking for some one to share gas costs with. I fish Lacygne as a few others do during the winter, even if its 25 outside, as long as the winds not blowing 10+ . I also chase Walleye, White Bass and Crappie on Hillsdale. Where are you at in OP?
  16. Its like missing a member of the family!!
  17. Shhhhhhhh, dont tell mother nature that!!!
  18. Two words....Fall Turnover
  19. Went to Lacygne Friday slow bite with front that moved in but on the upside I saved $100 with the air off!!
  20. Rolling down to Lacygne with Jake Friday morning! Still looking for that 5 pounder I missed last weekend!
  21. Took a ride down to La Cygne to check things out, the new tower is almost finished! Jake and I fished a few spots with the best coming from the rock ledges in the back of the lake, shakey head with a worm and square bill. WT was 87 to 99 Cant wait for these temps to keep dropping!!!!
  22. I got on Harbor Freights mailing list so once a month I get the sale guide with all kinds of stuff in it, if I see a coupon on the Solar charger I will let ya know! The one thing I did grab from Harbor Freight was a back up set of trailer lights, they are magnetic and work pretty well for $9.99!!! The coupon was in Bass Master Magazine!
