    CCC I agree with Clayton 100% a new tank and fuel lines will save you head aches in the long run. Is this your first boat?

    I had a 92' Johnsom 50hp with a fuel issue and it was the jets, once they where replaced it was all good. I did replace all fuel lines and the tank as to not suck up any old gunk into the carbs and just pre mixed the gas and 2 stroke oil.

    I bought a used LOWE from Smithville years ago and the 2nd time out the motor blew, I had no warranty on the motor and Ms. Austin who owns smithville owed me nothing but she had the same motor as mine with a bad lower unit and just switched them out for me at no charge.

    I will vouch for that! Sean and I caught, Walleye, Whites, Smallys, LMB & Catfish all on the same crankbait! I even managed to catch my self with one! I left with a full cooler of tasty treats! NO SMB or LMB. PS: Melvern has 2+ pound whites that are insane!!

    I had never seen Melvern before the last trip and my buddy Sean and I caught everything in that lake, yes including a cafish on a crankbait. as for the LMB vs. SMB, dont tell this lady she is dominated by the Smallies

    I have a black LOWE FM165 with White & Blue letters, I did not make it out in the boat this weekend, stayed close to home and fished a few ponds. Glad you got her running!!!
