  4. I love my veritaseseses, abu's customer service is top notch if any probs. 3yr warranty and most issues are handled free.It says 9.95 but I have never never paid a dime on anything sent to me from abu.
  5. All my fish are coming from cranks, topwater or swimming a lizard... topwater seems to be on fire for me right now they are averaging in the 3lb range ,,,had many 2s,3s,4s and one near 5 (4lbs 11oz) I know Ive seen a fish in the water that should be about 7lbs swimming with other 4+s Im going to lake O march 2nd, hopefully I get lucky, 1st time there and 1st fishing on a bass boat
  6. I took this pic thru my glasses. These wouldnt hit my frog and they were guarding fry, they would just swipe it away. Small bass were waiting for them to slip so they could eat their babies.
  7. There is no point, I will continue to release them as Ive been doing....I went fishing today, my normal peacock spot and I see one huge snakehead just chillin with the 20 or so peas in the area until he saw me and took off. 99.9% of whats reported is myth based on what Ive seen. I go bass fishing and I catch bass, I go snakehead fishing and I catch bass. I wish I released all that I tossed away in the bushes when I didn't know better.

  11. I have a 6ft 6 field and stream tec spec m/f that works well for this and jerkbaits II also have 7ft rods that I use, including a cranking rod I really feel no difference in any other than the length difference between the 6ft6 and 7 in touching the water at times they are all light and all work
  12. I'm at the one on southern atm, headed back north, they have all tests from 4 to 40. I'll be back South tomorrow but you may be able to call them and check. I just grabbed a 12lb spool

  15. Gold BPS carbonlite reel...I just found another after a bit of searching but in used condition....it works like new though.
  16. I love my gold carbonlite and PQ. No problems and Bps has great customer service if any problems.
  17. The PQ is usually about 70 dollars during the spring classic. You might even be able to buy it now and get your receipt adjusted from customer service once it does. No shortage of left handed ratios there.
  18. some are on sale right now for 59.88
  19. Thanks, Ill do some research based on some of the reccs
  20. Looking for a light sensitive rod to put my orra s reel on (30 size) in the 100 max range. It's on the combo rod it came with. I was thinking about a carbonlite, veritas (not sure how the spinning is,, might be over powered), falcon, Powell diesel(matches the reel)..suggestions? Medium or medium light would be my choice.
  21. you are right...only the RHers get the fun
