Hum, let me put it like this, I'm a line watcher and I can see the bright colors better. The sharpie gives me more confidence... I have had days I got snagged and had to break or cut the line and didn't have a sharpie with me it seems that I wouldn't get as many bites

I also use a hi-vis and a sharpie

The Royals and wins don't go together. If I remember correctly if they get a good player they end up trading them...

Well, we made it to Melvern yesterday. It was a beautiful 80* bright and sunny day with a touch of wind (30+mph). The winds made it hard to fish anything under about 3 ounces! Needless to say we didn't get one single bite. We did talk to about half a dozen other boaters including one that was anchored near the ramp that said he'd talked to every boater that had used that ramp and none of them had caught anything or even had a bite... We were going from one spot to another and got into 3' waves and got SOAKED!!! We went to our backup plan we found a sheltered cove took off my shirt to dry it off and broke out the cooler of Beer and proceeded to get one hell of a sunburn! All and all it was a great day!
