I would say it probably will be close. I’ve fished and caught fish with quite a hand full of the newer Storm Wiggle warts. I believe there is something about the older originals but it might be a mental thing. My old ones I put up and stopped fishing. You’ll find it. Some of my best producing Bombers are not available any more.
I’ve found them great for locating fish, reaction bites and during a tough bite and you need that fish. A fish.
My crankbait fishing this year has not been for crap. Scratching my head as to what has happened or what my problem is.
But I still believe in the Rat-L-Trap and my style of fishing my crankbaits.
It will come back. I think if you throw it often and try to make happen it will come about. Good luck with it and fish it in all cover situations.

I use that MO. I’ve went through a few over the years. They work great. I’ve used the Cabela’s branded one also. Don’t think there is anything better for touching up straight shank and wide gap worm hooks. Easy to store in your pocket or keep on your boat deck. Or both.
Never heard of manufactures doing that. Shimano and Daiwa do not. My last baitcaster purchase was a BPS Pro Qualifer 2 @ 50% off and it was complete with manual.
I’m not gonna dis TW. My experiences have been great. But I don’t think I would have been all warm and fuzzy with opening the box and seeing that.
Can’t see printing costs in China or some 3rd world country driving the costs up on anything.
Thanks for that heads up. Found that in 1/2 oz. Just had to think outside the box some. I've been throwing some of the rk 50's over the last couple seasons. They have been a productive Bomber substitute for me. Thanks.
I Guess for the most part all my St. Croix are black/gray.
My Abu Garcia rods are white for the most part except for this one “Ike” Series that sort of changes color in the light like a chameleon. Might be purple one minute and midnight green the next. Rod is different as Ike is I guess. Color aside that is a great finesse soft plastics rod though.
Have a few older BPS rods that are a green color. Extreme series.
Don’t give a lot of thought to gear color. Baits a different story.
