  1. Hey guys, I was just wondering if any of ya'll have ever had any success with the The Original Fishing Snake bait, or have ever even used one. Just wanted to know what ya'll thought of it, as I am thinking about getting one. Thanks!
  2. Spinner Baits always work for me real well around weedy areas in a small lake like that, and also plastic worms, and lizards.
  3. I was Recently fishing off of the bank on the chattahoochee river in valley alabama, (dont live there, just up there visiting) and i couldnt get a single bite. I tried everything from all varities of plastics, too spinner bait, to crank bait etc. I could even see the fish but they wouldnt even play with and of my bait. Wondering what tips you guys may have for me?
  4. I'm gonna get some pictures up soon as i can guys!
  5. We call it coke. like some one comes over " Ya'll got any coke?" 'Yea, what kind"?. but most of the time its called soda.
  6. so do you think mitch and glenn are millionares? when it comes to mitch and glenn, if that aint living off the land then i dont know what is! haha "You gotta catch, bait to catch the bait, to catch the garfish!" haha. but yea i love that show!
  7. Hey guys, what we would be a really good spinning reel for me to buy for under a $100.00? I was thinking probably an Abu Garcia reel, and not sure which kind of rod to go with. But just wanted to know what yall had to say. Just ready to upgrade.
  8. I would say use a spinner bait also. I fish a small lake that has parts that has heavy covering, and a spinner bait will just rip right through it. take a look at the booyah spinner bait pond magic series either a 3/16 oz or 1/8 oz. they work great!
  9. I like the spinner bait alot better when you're fishing in real weedy areas, because it doesnt get tangled up or drag any weeds at all!! and the action of a good spinner bait is unbeatable! Im using a booyah spinner bait. Pond magic series and it works great for what im fishing!
  10. Thanks FishUNF! they usually do tear a fluke up, but they're just not biting flukes right now. Like i said earlier I've had a lot of success so far off of the ZOOM white trick worm. But as the year goes on the fishing can only get better! Keep the tips coming guys please! and thanks for the tips so far!
  11. Well the lake im fishing out of is located in south alabama. just 45 minutes from the beach, so the waters warm. I am going to give the baby brush hog and run for the money and let yall know if its working good. but thanks for the tips guys!
  12. Thanks guys! I do catch some off of plastic worms, primarly white trick worm, but im a fixing to start fishing this lake with a crank bait some, also gonna give spinner bait a try too.
  13. Hey is there any experienced fishermen out there that could give me some good tips on fishing a small lake. Its a pretty small lake, with not very good structure. The water's pretty murky also. Thank you!
