Anyways, I read that bass have a lot better sight than us at night, but their eyes take a lot longer to adjust. The articles also estimated that in the months of July and August, 90% of a bass's activity for the day will be between 12:00 am - 5:00am. I found both times I went that fishing was excellent between 1:00am and 2:00 am, then turmed off for a while, and then again at 4:00 am until sun up.
