  6. I try not throw the costly lures in the toothy waters, even still a bit leery every know and then.
  7. I switched over to the STX and academy sports h2o model. I haven't had any problems with the h2o but the STX for the most part needs to be tuned eight out of the box with some cut up suspend dots. After I've seen some pickerel enhale the entire bait I stopped buying 110s
  8. Ms American shad is my addiction

  10. That was the best copyright infringement fishing video I've ever seen, way to sell a spoon
  11. Places like Blue Marsh and Beltzville had a problem with catch-n-keep fishermen, which have changed the bass populations.

  15. The smaller ones are more aggressive, the bigger ones are more smarter for their food yes. I think the key is the easier meal, either being a small beaver worked slowly or a dead sticked trout as examples.
  16. The proverbial answer for all things swimbait...
  17. I don't doubt swimbaits get bites, are they the bigger bites though and in good numbers, that's what I'm getting at. I already know they get bit from smaller fish, in fact I've thrown one of your ultimate gills for a very short time and got bit by a 4lber, so I know they get bit regardless. But you did say big baits=big fish, small baits=small fish. But yeah, I agree with what you're saying now.
  18. I know where your going with this but I see it a bit differently. Do big baits catch big bass...Yes and its very common But what's the time involved? I know it's no where near smaller baits catching smaller fish, but is it equal in time with smaller baits catching bigger fish? I've read a lot about swimbaiters putting in much time to get their bigger catches, what I don't know is does it take a similar amount of time as the guys who throw smaller baits and finally run into a bigger fish? Would it still be considered very common? I know the points of using swimbaits, one is to help drop the rate of smaller fish and to focus on the bigger ones. But beyond that, is it really that effective? I mean the basics like a jig/craw or a worm are still very effective.
  19. Doesn't really matter, big fish hit small lures just like small fish hit big lures. Finding where/when the big girls hang out is the key, once you know where that is you can throw anything at them. Half of my bigger catches came from 3" soft plastics or a plain 5" senko
  20. Lucky Idiot.
  21. The 110 of course
  22. Diamond jig and spoons, switch out to single hooks or you'll spend more time removing trebles than actually fishing
