  1. it still comes down to needing those tools to fish
  2. I had a similar problem, the line going to the pulse fuel pump had a 1" slit right where it clamped on to. Air was getting in and the first place everyone says is check the bulb, but I always check the lines.
  3. Someone had to, it's been 5 pages
  4. No, my rod is better than your rod!
  5. Couldn't do it, there's too much music out there to listen to.
  6. I actually like the bickering between two perspectives, gives a good comparison to two options that are passionately up for debate which I'll try both.
  7. If I fished repetitive scenarios then yes I would just have one rod. No wait, I would have more than one rigged up with similar lures.
  8. Out of the ballpark but the croix legend tournament dropshot rod would be perfect, it's alot different than the mojo model. Something lower in price would be a vendetta or veritas 6'9ML.
  9. 'Talk'... is cheap
  10. I've had a 5'ULM premier and a 1000 Sedona combo for UL fishing. Served me very well and caught hundreds of trout. Now I have a 6'ULF avid and a 7'ULM avid. If I had to use just one it would be the either the premier or avid in 6'ULF
  11. I'm glad my wife isn't like that, she'd rather fish than shop with other women.
  12. Eh the bears needed the constant slaying, what else is a better wake up call?
  13. People catch fish with their high end gear? I just keep mine out on the deck so it looks like im using them
  14. The more I'm watching this hawks/gnats game the more the hawks look dirty like al davis' raiders
  15. Welcome aboard
  16. that longer handle helps you lob lures further, I didn't prefer the longer handle and stuck with the regular 795
  17. I know the pickerel here love it
  18. Just get the Avid Inshore model http://www.stcroixrods.com/products/saltwater/avid-series-inshore the tide master is basically a saltwater premier rod, you said you wanted to upgrade from the premier model so get an avid that is rated for salt which would be the avid inshore
  19. At the $20 price point, I've seen some Berkley lightning rod shocks at Walmart for $20.96 clearance on the rack
  20. I'd step up to the 7' and get a medium heavy, give you a better overall performance
  21. We use Cabela's Tournament 3500 Auto PFD They go on sale often closer to $120, they are really comfortable and sometimes I forget I'm wearing one.
  22. Denver better learn how to cover up the play books at Camera (whoops i mean Gillette) Field
