  1. Research before you buy. Check the discount bin often.
  2. No one is forcing you to buy them
  3. Two different reel classes.
  4. What makes micro guides bad?
  5. PM him, maybe he has notifications on and will get an email
  6. If they followed shimanos path I hope they don't add $100 to the price for their imported jdms!
  7. Some sellers don't pay attention to listing the shipping process. When I ship I listed as free, the type of shipping was always left alone through the listing process. I always shipped 2/3 day priority mail though And it was immediately.
  8. Why stick with one brand anyway. Many options out there to just wait for one brand to come out a with a new product
  9. I use 12, I would use 10 if I didn't have fish with teeth around
  10. It is much better when it comes to sensitivity. In the weight/feel and power/action wise they feel similar. Though it'll really depend on needed it with what you'll be using it for.
  11. Would also through out the Lews Team Gold Carbon, it's $130 and 7.3oz for the 2000 size which is fairly light as well
  12. For kayaks, I'd look into Point 65 N modular kayaks. I'm still interested in picking one up some day to get into tiny water. You could get a front and back piece and keep them in a suv
  13. There is no issue. The E style was set-and-forget, no dialing in, no tuning for different types and weighted lures, it was simple and effective. I could simply throw a 1/8oz bare jig/grub, switch to a 1/2 jerkbait, and off to pitch a 3/8 jig with out brake adjustments. On the svs it's a chore compared to it. The SVS added more 'hoops' for adjustment.
  14. I've said this about the ci4 chronarch too, the braking system is too fineky vs the old tried and true E system.
  15. Prespawn is the best time to go out and catch bigger bass, followed by fall bite. You should regroup your efforts and try something different.
  16. That's a good start. Stick with the duckett instead of the mojo, it's not bad but just not worth it in its price range, there's many better options in that range and you will want more sensitivity for your techniques you're using. There's other brands in that price range, maybe others will suggest options
  17. All of them are equally important, I would also add the lure too since you don't want that to fail either
  18. That is true but there's too much teeth up here. I would trade the pickerel for them.
  19. One thing I do when looking at new combos is see what else I can use them for. My swim bait rod doubles for A-rigs and is my striper rod. Okuma did their homework before releasing the big bait rods and they have an excellent price. Even if you turn to not liking the whole experience you can resell it fast.
  20. I have never been to one, but it is DSG's answer for a more outdoors than sporting goods store, which is far better than tripping over the golf section that takes up 2/3rds of a DSG to get to the tackle.
  21. Their locations are based off the demographs. When I go to Cabs or BPS the parking lot is full of cars from Canada and Virginia. They have to get into the middle of everyone
  22. Bust Out Another Thousand. Stuff happens..
