  1. Welcome aboard, Mitch!
  2. Got to live how the power companies cut thousands of jobs the past few years, it's been biting the consumer in the *** since, you can always tell when you see out of state utility trucks in swarms on the highway. Glad you made it through and thinking on getting a generator because I think this will still be a problem for a while
  3. College, it's a joke now. before it use to mean something, you learned. Then universities got greedy with money and started accepting anyone and now hand out degrees on toilet paper. Jobs became the same way, they hire you if you have a degree but only IF you go back to school for a degree they want you to have.
  4. Fishing on a tournament level I would mostly agree with him, but for fishing the area that you get is not so much. I use cranks a lot but this isn't optimal in my area.
  5. Shame it's only a righty for now.
  6. I decided on the Field & Stream Ice Creel Bag, it suits my needs perfectly. I have 2 double sided plastic containers and all my soft plastic bags sit at the bottom. They are on sale at Dicks if you can find them, or you can order them online http://www.dickssportinggoods.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3029571
  7. That's right, for the 2500 reel: 6lb/200yds, 8lb/140yds, 10lb/120yds are the capacities
  8. The metal should remain constant with your core temperature, now arthritis caused by the aftermath of work (and damage you incurred pending surgery) will have negative affects in the cold, mostly pain/soreness
  9. I agree, it'll be a better investment
  10. Why no i7? or atleast a 1TB HDD?
  11. That makes me want to go up next weekend
  12. Rod/reel setup? You catching anything in that 5-6 hours?
  13. Well guys if you ever want to get skunked come out to my area
  14. It can be used for anything, it doesn't have to be specific
  15. Have fun
  16. Better? I wouldn't go that far, aluminum is strong yet its better at absorbing shock. Can't say the same for carbon fiber. Far as durable goes, I'd stick with aluminum over CF
  17. Great job on the biggun, and welcome to the site
  18. Way to go Bluebasser86's wife!
  19. I would say the same confused With all the choices the weight and line weight rating can narrow it down better. I would still lean for the St Croix Salt offerings still though (Avid Inshore)their rods can sure take a beating I give them
  20. Nice surprise! Their fights are better since they die quicker for faster cookin, be nice of crappie and pickerel went like that
  21. ^ It's still the case, look at ads/flyers these days, they all have fine print that states if a price is incorrect it won't be upheld due to typographical error. The price listed anywhere from the store is law, for legal reasons.
  22. Round handrail bases bolted to the plywood floor, as an easy removal you can use cotterpins to secure the walker to the bases
