  1. You need to tell your wife to start body checking your mom off the property. She's messing with your kids now, it's just going to get worse if you don't get rid of her.
  2. As long as your good at math, go for it. I always had fun in machine shops
  3. Besides checking the brakes, you should check the lube since they have a tendency to be overgreased/oiled or undergreased/oiled
  4. I wouldn't doubt when sliced bread was available there wasn't as much controversy around it as the A-rig
  5. Going down for around 8 days, don't know the whole schedule yet but we'll be around the Rogers-bentonville area. Still have to look into a couple days fishing license and where to fish, most likely no boat. I know beaver lake is the biggest body of water there but don't know how well the shore fishing is.
  6. I have no idea where 'here' is (helps to fill out your location) but since you said most there's bound to be anglers around you that have other than what Walmart sells, ask them if you can try it out
  7. Alarm with battery backup, invest in one!
  8. I've bought citca e's from Dicks when they were $50, so from my prospective I wouldn't spend more than that for any of them.
  9. I'm not trying to single you out, but there's many others that have the same opinion as you. The problem is no matter how detailed a review or personal opinion is, what someone doesn't like still isn't going to outweigh what's good. For example, take an Avid, it's a darn good rod but the two complaints I hear from people about is the power hump and it feels tip heavy. Those two reasons warrent others to not buy them because they have their own preferences, especially on just holding (the feel) an item.
  10. Both sill aren't good. iPhone software only let's you to do specifically what they want you to do, and android is just a mess of a operating system. The galaxy S2 is a nice phone, and has been advertised at several places for $50
  11. Disney is overrated. But the question here is Why do you have your mom around if she's a con artist? Get her out of the picture so you don't have to deal with her crap
  12. It is over by us, even the late spawners are gone.
  13. I use a rage tail grub as a trailer, tail gives more action for a harder strike. I never use trailer hooks on buzzbaits. My wife however uses them just as they are and doesn't have a problem. Results will vary from different places and structures
  14. They are nice, only thing I don't like about them is the eyes come off, glue'em in so they dont
  15. Another? This rig has been going since last year. There's numerous threads about for any input you need
  16. My experence is just holding the rod and it's nice in the hand.
  17. Well in Pa, open carry is the law. The problem is you are considered concealed once you enter your vehicle, so you need the permit if you don't want to walk everywhere
  18. I suggest looking used so you get more bang for your buck.
  19. I dot know what kind of rods you have but since your throwing topwaters, t-rigs, worms you'll be good for jigs. You can start cheap enough that if you don't like it you wont lose out much. Some booyah or strike king jigs in 3/8oz with a creature trailer should be a good start
  20. This is a sweet rod for the price (discounted) http://www.stcroixrods.com/shop/products/Legend_Tournament_Bass_Casting_Rod_LTBC70MHF-329-23.html I use it for many techniques They dont have a lot styles left but you can look to see if something's the power/action you want http://www.stcroixrods.com/shop/catalog/Freshwater-23-1.html#
  21. Yes the Curado Es are nice, the left hand models are denoted by a one at the end. 51E(6.4), 201E(7.1), 301E(6.2 I think)
  22. Keep at it, your bound to catch something. I've found a rage tail grub really makes those bass hit harder
  23. 6 hours away, lol no wonder why
  24. Just don't whip it out in stage like Jim ok
  25. Read the sig... Before the avid I used the step down Premier. I conditioned myself to be very resilient with what I had in my hands for multiple techniques that guys on here would look at you funny for not using a specific setup, it's really up to you to work any rod to make it perform with many baits/techniques.
