I don't really have 'past trips' the closest was my pop would hand me a rod on the bank and sit there.
Started officially fishing with my wife a few years back so in a couple decades perhaps I'll think about those trips that we have now.
I use a large creel bag, it has two side pockets, one clip and two rings on the front to hang items on. I can wedge 4 3600 thin boxes in it but use 2. It's used for bank fishing so I minimize and carry one lighter rod
Would be nice to have a legally All-State fishing license, if they existed.
Some states have ridiculous charges for temp licenses, by the time you're done finding good places to fish it's too late and a waste of money.
He's in control of the boat, he gets all the good spots first. Can easly happen and I could do it too, but it's not my priority to steal fish from my coangler since she's my wife.
Shiners, minnows, and alewife are more common. Alewife being big.
Only shad I see here are the two rivers and they come during spawning time.
PFBC does list shad at certain lakes though.
Never had that problem. Probably because all my wife's female friends (who dont fish) know going out and fishing is something she enjoys..
Sounds like jealousy is looming.
You could carry more in your car, then get where you want to be and scan the area so you're selective with your gear.
There's waterproof cameras/cams out there and waterproof phone cases for options
Yeah you can have as many combos as you want, you just can't use more than three at a time. Good example would be if you're bank fishing for carp or catfish and have a trio of rods perched up with bait on the lines.
It should be more of a set-it-and-forget feature, usually 2 or 3 brakes are applied and left that way, only other reason to open the side plate is for lube.
