  1. Great pike fishing in the concord! And pretty decent bass there too never get anything over 3lbs for bass but the pike can get well up over 10lbs. Lots of fun, good Luck
  2. It's just about time for me too... Hopefully get out a couple more times!
  3. Thanks guys! I'll check out the local forums too
  4. Hey guys, names Donny, love to fish just like you guys and can't get enough of anything fishing/bass related. I live just north of Boston and try to fish whenever work and the fam life allows. (Usually a few casts from shore everyday after work at the least) Hopefully share some knowledge and get some too. I been hooked on fishing since I was a child, and got pretty serious on bass fishing when I got my first tracker in 1999 and haven't looked back. I ride a 2002 tracker tournament v18 w/115hp. Fish anywhere I can drop the boat. From MA to NH and ME. Hope to meet some new anglers and get to fish locally with some of you guys too. Can't wait to really look the site over. Thanks guys
  5. What's up Guys, been killin it on the frog, nothing huge but even in this heat the bite has been on. Mostly late evening bites , even stopping on the way home from work to take a few casts from shore has been producing. Here's a decent one from a couple weeks ago. She weighed 3.6.
  6. Definitely check out martins in North Reading, shoot me a message when you decide to got over there and I can meet you!
  7. Haggetts in Andover is Non motor pond, the fishing is just ok (great for kids and panfish), I've fished off the shore catching a few small bass and perch. A couple miles down the street is Martins Pond In North Reading, you can drop a boat in there and the fishing is pretty good, it's only about 6-7ft but lots of brushy untouched shoreline to fish with plenty of parking.
  8. I have a 24v minnkota and I was having the same issues as you, messing around with wires for days trying to figure out the problem, sometimes it would kick in, most times not. After doing some research I figured out the Main control board was just about fried. I'm not sure how old your motor is but it's something to look into. They are easily replaced and I'm back on the water now. Just search control board for your make and model and you will find a bunch of stuff. Too easy to do yourself so don't pay someone. Just make sure you have the instructions for the new board and it will take you about 20 minutes with all color coated directions. Good luck!
