I had a REALLY bad case of tonsillitis a few weeks back. like...really bad...( had to give me an emergency shot and almost got tai flu and scarlet fever along with kidney failure YIPPIE) anyway, i was out of commission for a while and during that time never went to my gym. last week i noticed i had put on 7 pounds. Yikes. So since last Saturday i have been riding 20 miles everyday on the bike at the gym and am trying to start getting back into the groove. We will see what happens...i tend to get lazy. But started my day with a grapefruit! and am about to go across the street to pick up my lunch consisting of a greek salad wrap. p.s. good for that dude who got all buff at 79 or whatever....but that may be the creepiest old man picture i have ever seen.

I had a feeling it was only trout. What is cool is if I stand out on the back deck of where I am staying I can look down at a river and see trout, wasent sure if that is the only thing around. Actually, I have never fished for trout so I have no clue what to use. :-X

Most Mac virus's are scripts...which Unix caters too quite nicely I might add ..AND does not have to be installed by the user. be that as it may, its apples and oranges really. this debate has gone on for years and will not stop any time soon

You should change the title to "The bad and the bad" Seriously, I like the "idea" of Macs, but the price that hey want for them is highway robbery. "ZOMG but they dont get virus's?!?!!!!" Wrong. They do. This misconception that macs are fool proof for virus/malware is crazy. Go into an apple store, know whats in the software section? Norton for Mac. MacAffee for mac. etc.... The problem being is that their "powerful" iMacs are great because you can get an i7 ( or i5) which is cool, SSD, also cool..and up too 16GB of ram...also cool. But that ends up running you about $4100. ( my co-worker got a 27 inch iMac with an i7, 16GB of ram, and 2 internal HDD's one SSD and another a 1TB drive..he paid $4100) The fact of the matter is, if you got a PC with that equivalent? It would be SIGNIFICANTLY less. about 2 grand less. I could go on and on.... /rant That being said: If you have the money to burn on an iMac? DO IT. But to me, its such a waste of money its silly. As for your Droid mishap, I feel for you man. I have a DroidX and LOVE IT. I also own a iTouch and pretty much threw it away after getting the droid. How can a phone NOT have flash? LOL@Iphone. The new droids are coming out this month and I plan on upgrading. If my father doesnt take my DroidX I will send you mine to have as a public service to get rid of that horrible IPhone

I tried really hard to get into Jigs this season, but so far I really cant stand them. It is mainly because of the weeds it pulls up, sooo many. I guess its just the Ponds I fish are just really weedy, I feel like jigs are meant for like, gravel bottom or rocky bottom bodies of water. But I am probably wrong.

if the Toshiba has a recovery partition (which it might because it is running Vista) what you want to do is turn on the computer and spam F8. Then the very first option will say "repair my computer" and select that. then it will load up the repair console with different options such as , system restore, command line, mem test, but there will also be "restore my computer to factory image". click on that. then it will ask for a disk or perhaps you will need to point it to the recovery partition. Too see if you have a recovery partition. Load windows regularly. then click start>right click computer> select manage. then when the console loads, on the side select "disk management". that tells you the partitions your HDD has. If it has a recovery partition it will be labeled with a letter "such as E or D". If you do not have a recovery partition, your only other choice is to borrow a vista disc from someone, and load it with the CD key located on the sticker on the bottom of your laptop. if you have any questions or would like to do a remote session with me, please do not hesitate to PM or post in this thread.

Dont mistake your ignorance with technology for a poorer layout. I post on NUMEROUS forums and by far this one is the slickest I post on. The features are great, if you choose not to use them its your prerogative. That being said, this forum > your ignorance for technology.
