He finally figured out how to bay a couple weeks ago. I think my brothers Bagel Hound (half beagle, half basset) taught him how to. I personally like it when he bays. Almost as much as listening to my old coon hound. (She was a Blood Hound, Great Dane mix. She was one of the best coon dogs I've ever owned.)
My daily driver and all around mode of transportation. My truck needs new brakes so I just ride this everywhere. Rain or sun. Hot or cold.
2013 Dyna Wide Glide.
Upgrades going on bike.
New seat on order.
15" Ape hangers. On order.
Air intake and a 2 into 1 single shot exhaust. Waiting for a few more months.
What should I use my beagle for? Hog hunting is out of the question. I already have squirrel dogs. So I guess he could tag along with them sometimes. I will be using him and his sometime soon beagle wife for coyotes with our mastiff. I know they are supposed to be phenomenal with rabbits. However, I've never hunted rabbits and don't know the first thing about it. Any suggestions?
I've been debating on reading that one. Is it a pretty decent book. I'm about to start the Dark Tower books. However this one seems interesting to me also.
In response to a previous commentor. As well as to your question.
Be an individual. You owe no one nothing and you owe your self nothing. No one ever owes anyone or anything a thing.
I had the same problem you are having. I wrestled multiple seasons a year from fifth grade through high school. Senior year came around and I was burned out on it. I st u c it out and had fun with it. I stopped caring whether I lost or won. I used it to try new stuff that I was afraid to try before. It ended up paying dividends for me. In that I had more fun that season then I ever had before. Not worrying about how I did and what all happened took all the stress and pressure of of me. The choice is yours to make. Have fun and live your life. In another couple months you will have nothing but free time to fish and do what you enjoy. I say enjoy the last few months of it cause it is gone very quickly.
As for the depression part. I'm to arrogant and self absorbed to get depression. At least that's what my ex wife tels me.
As for the fishing. Brother man you are in Alabama. Home of the mild winter and soft water year round. It's always time to fish down here. Come to Birmingham and I will put you on the bass. I love winter fishing down here.
