  1. It ain't wanna let me go. I think it kinda liked me, cause it dang sure ain't wanna let me go nowhere. Was troubleshooting a dang AC unit to boot. Did it to myself to that's the freaking worst part about it.
  2. 277VAC through the hand and out the shin. That junk freaking hurts. Least its sister phase and get me. 480VAC would have been enough for me to call it quits for the day. Worst part is, it makes your entire body hurt. Its the electrical equivalent of being hit by a truck. 120 VAC ain't bad its just a little tingle. Kind of peppy feeling if you will. 277 makes you dang trigger shy, and makes you wanna hang up your tools.
  3. Dang that sucks. I guess you could try a fighting belt for the stripe. I don't know. Rehab it and give it a month. Just go easy on it for awhile. Do not over use the dang thing. It will come back and bite you.
  4. Go Looney tunes style on them. Stick a couple bear traps in the bushes and around the house. Hang some ACME safes over the doors. Be creative.
  5. Last I thing I read stated that his Defense Chief, who was there with him, said it weighed between 26 and 33lbs. Class spokesman is the one that said it weighed 44lbs. Also. Is it just me or does it look like Putin is wearing a Sitka jacket?
  6. Dang that's a big old fish. Sooner or later I'm gonna get up to Michigan to go fishing. I got family that lives on Houton(sp) lake. They tell me they can put me on some pike and musky up there.
  7. A country mile. Naw I really have no clue. Far enough to hit whatever I'm trying to hit. Usually about 20 to 30 yards.
  8. Ol Mr. Putin caught him self a prime in a remote Siberian lake, I believe is where it was. Official reports state the pike weighs 44lbs. So what you Yankees think? Is this a 44lb pike?
  9. Shhhhhhhh. Don't tell anyone. I don't need the documentary guys banging on the door. There is definitely a resembelence though.
  10. That was my first suggestion to her.
  11. There no way in hell she can even shoot the .454. I think its hysterical that she likes it so much.
  12. And the shade wearing Bush.
  13. Figured it was time to fluff the Gilly. So with out further adu the bush with a bow and shades!
  14. Of all the surprises in my life. This takes the cake. My Grandmom wants a piece to keep by her bed to feel safer. We went shopping at a local gun shop today. She looked at the Derringers and decided they were too small. She looked at the ARs and decided they were to complicated. She is deciding between a Mossberg pistol grip with riot pump in 20 gauge, with a heat shield a door buster. A keltec .380, that she is unsure of. A .44magnum and .454 Casull both of which she LOVED, because Dirty Harry is awesome. She is 80 years old and looking at 2 freaking wrist breakers. She also is gonna have me take her to the range once she makes up her mind. My other Grandmom on the other hand was a freaking gun nut before she died. In her last 8 years she carried a shotgun cane everywhere she went. Before that she had my 6ft 7in 350 lb ex Michigan State Trooper grandpa that went everywhere she did as protection.
  15. Grab two or three poles. Grab bank fishing pack, or duffle bags if going in boat. Load car and leave. Gotta keep it simple.
  16. Leopold, Nikon, Simmons, BSA is a gamble, Bushnell. Thats all I got off the top of my head.
  17. You like to build. Go into construction. Wanna mans job? Be an ironworker. We build bridges, sky scrapers, buildings, and other structures. Wanna mans job that requires brains? Be a electrician or, as much as it pains me to say, a pipefitter.
  18. Architects are almost as big of a pain as d**n engineers. I mean really. Who puts a plug in the center of a window.
  19. You have definitely got my curiosity up on this. I want one of these. If you want me to prototype one for ya. Let me know. I got sheet steel on Carbon, Aluminum, Stainless, and some crappy tin. I also got stainless and aluminum diamond plate in various sizes. Got a gig rig with a freak box on it. So I can weld anything. Tell me what you want and I'll even ship it to you.
  20. Take pictures of the organizer that they make for the 5.56 can. Get a .50 can and some plate steel or aluminum. Carbon steel plate is cheaper but will rust if not primed and painted. Cut your plate steel to the dimensions you want and tack weld it.
  21. Well then peace out homie. Best of luck to you going forward. May life treat you well and may The Lord shine his blessings upon Y'all.
  22. Go for it homie. It will work out one way or another. Nothing ventured nothing gained. That includes happiness.
