  1. Tom Rune Anderson aka Galder (Dimmu Borgir) Adam Darski aka Nergal (Behemoth) Stian Tomt Thoresen aka Shagrath (Dimmu Borgir, vocals. Chrome Division, guitar) Scott Ian (Anthrax) Not in any particular order.
  2. For hogs its stalk hunting. I ain't climbing a tree. I prefer my bows over most anything. 9 times out of 10 I got my brother in law with me. He brings his 30-30 as back up. Plus we have our pistols with us too. It mainly boils down to cost. The single shot is only 250. However after looking at the 444 I'm starting to think I'm just gonna save up for a few months and get one of those. I've never owned a lever action before so I think it would be a nice change. I'm currently torn between the two Marlin lever actions. Dang it. I never would have thought they would cost only a few hundred more than the single shot. I'm with you on wanting to see a more powerful 45-70. I think it would be awesome.
  3. I think I would have come completely unglued. I've been thrown out of much nicer places than that, some completely garbage places too. Either way. I would either have a new knife in my hand either same or of greater value. Or the police would have had to pry my hands off his neck.
  4. Crocs are still big down South. Least I still wear mine. Thems is my going out to fancy dinner shoes.
  5. My brother in laws last name is Fontenot. He's about as cheap as they come too. The even funnier kicker to it all is my wife and myselfs best friend's maiden name is Boudreaux. Her family are millionaires 50 times over. So they ain't that cheap. Still funny hell though.
  6. Damnit I won't have enough money until friday. Grrrrrr.
  7. I'm wearing mine right now actually. I'm a huge fan of them. Ill wear those things any and every where. Bank fishing, hiking, lifting, basically all the time.
  8. Now that's funny. Wrong. But funny. :D ROFL
  9. That there is funny.
  10. I know I couldnt. Thats why we are being proactive.
  11. ROFLMAO!!!! Only the Chinese would tey an pass a dog off as a cat!!!!!
  12. As I have said before. I have no use for a dog that is people aggressive. Especially around my family.
  13. I know the dogs you are talking about. We used to own one named Julie (after my ex), when I was in college. She was a dang inbreaded psychopath, least as far as dogs went. She couldnt get within a foot of another dog without going nuts. She loved people but could not stand other dogs. She ended up killing a rottweiler that got loose one day and we had to put her down. She was a purebred Staffordshire with the purest German bloodlines you could imagine.
  14. You misread that. The dog attacked the owners other dog. She never bit anyone as of yet.
  15. The dog was being given away because it attacked one of its previous owners dogs. That was strike one for me. It being dominant towards other dogs was strike two. I have no use for a runt protection dog that has a chip on its shoulder. Strike three was acting out towards my son. I've already told them today I better not see that dog outside or near my boy when we are over there. They know how my attitude and temper can be. I have no qualms about snuffing that dog. That dog may be bad, but I'm a helluva lot badder. My wife told them that we are bringing my old dog over there next time she babysits my son. She IS the alpha female as far as other dogs go. I've seen her break a dang 2x4. At a year old she ate a bowling bowl I had given her as a chew toy. That Doberman can't handle something that knows how to lock and shake. Yet another reason its gonna be kept in its crate while she is there.
  16. I named her. She was my dog for her first year and 6 months on earth. Someone at our condo complex has a problem with me, and took it out on my dog. Basically they complained about her and i had to get rid of her. I got her name from a song i used to listen to. Once we get a house in a few years I'm getting another one. Either another APBT or a Staffordshire Terrier. I'm thinking of naming her Nakita or Midway. Aint decided yet.
  17. I figured I would share my own dog tale from last night. One set of my sister in laws is a animal fanatic. They got a 60 lb Doberman they rescued a couple years ago. I hate this dog. I hate the breed in general, but this one in particular stands out. Dang dog kept snarling at my son. Evettime he would walk by her. My brother in law would shout her down and she would skulk off. We were sitting on the porch and my boy comes walking back up. Well dang dogs lets out a big growl. I reached over and jacked that dog in the jaw. She squealed and put her head between her legs. I ain't putting up with a dang lippy dog growling at my son. Rest of the night she would cower anytime my boy walked by. I told my sister in law she better cage that dog when my son is there. Otherwise I'm gonna bring Mayday, the 95lb APBT that is EXTREMELY protective of my son over from my buddies house. Basically give him his own furry body guard when hanging out there.
  18. Yup. And that miserable team from Tuscaloosa has won it 10 or so of those years from further back. Hence why they are in love with a dead Bear. Don't go lump all SEC fans in the same category. I would just as soon LSU and Bama lose every game they play. I was cheering for Notre Dame last year pal. I hate Bama with a passion. I would sooner have a sister in a w hore house than a friend that pulls for Bama. Do I like the fact the SEC has dominated the last decade of college football? Yes I do. Do I like the fact that Bama and LSU were major parts of that? Nope. However it is what it is.
  19. Glad to see someone else here appreciates large caliber firearms.
  20. Whom coached at an SEC school!!!
  21. Go UCONN!!! I just like their colors!
  22. Bet he hasn't invested the time and money some of us have in our dogs either. My feist were bred to hunt. I've spent hours and hours working with those two. Learning what their different barks and whines mean when running them. Exercising them and training them. I finally last month got mine to start baying and give more chase. Not to mention the gps collars and receiver. The special dog food they get to eat during hunting season. The neoprene boots for when we are hunting in the dead of winter. (These are Southern dogs with short coats. They don't like the cold) That has been purchased for them. These two work their tails off for me. The bond I have with these two is a thousand times deeper than anyone shares with a pet. I would have to say they would have been at the vet bedore I even thought to post the question on here.
  23. We had to give away my wifes West Highland White Terrier about three years ago. She had horrible allergies. To the extent that she ripped out 90% of her fur. We had, had her for three years at that point when they started. She was on steroid shots every other month for two years. They destroyed her bladder to the point she couldn't hold her urine for more than 2 to 3 hours at a time. My son was two at the time. Vet said we could try allergy shots for her. It was a thousand bucks for the allergy test. Then a hundred a month after that. The allergy shots only had a 50% chance of working. On top of the special shampoo, bath stuff, and dog food she was having to have. It worked out to being 450 dollars a month for us to keep her. The vet said we could put her down or try an find a rescue group that could help her. We ended up giving her to Westie Rescue Tennessee. They invested the cash to get her back up to snuff. The University of Auburn Veterinary School even got involved with it, because she was such an extreme and rare case. They figured out that she was allergic to a fungus that grows on the grass in the South East. The a Rescue adopted her out to a man in Arizona, to get her out of the South. We keep in contact with him still. He sends us pictures of her a few times a year and lets us know how she is doing. She has regained all of her fur and is as happy a dog as you could ever wanna meet. The Rescue and the University gave our dog her life back. Giving her up was one of the hardest things we've ever had to do. The rescue put pictures of her on its website to try to raise money to help her. (This is how Auburn learned of her and stepped in) We had to endure the most hate filled comments and talk from people, over how bad she looked. (She really looked god awful) One woman even threatened to come kick our tails for not spending the non existent money we didn't have on her. To hell with the two grand I had already shelled out for two years. I told her next time I would just shoot the poor critter and end its misery. That finally shut her up. Well, that and a letter from my attorney inviting her to come down and kick my tail.
