We had a Dell for a few years. Everytime we called the tech line, you get someone with a THICK Indian accent. Very hard to understand. Then I saw a show on Discovery how these big companies are moving all tech and customer service to India and hiring college aged kids. It's supposed to help them learn English....very frustrating. Glad you had a good expirience. FWIW we bought a Mac 2 years ago, and I haven't had to call anyone for assistance with ANYTHING...... How much more did the mac cost compared to a similar HP or Dell?. If so, was it worth the extra cost?.

I don't think that is the case at all. Direct drive is a feature previously found only in the Stella. This is one of the major upgrades incorporated into the new Stradic 2500FI. I think you will like this feature VERY much! my mistake, I was actually referring to the new gears in the Sustain FE. The new gears cause a little noise and may not be as smooth, but are much more durable (this came from shimano customer service).

I have read that the new direct drive (screw in handle) takes away some of the smoothness.

If you want to hear policy positions from the source you could watch C-SPAN. I actually think it is easy to tell fact from opinion while watching cable news. For one I almost never watch cable news after 7 p.m. central time, 90% of what you hear is going to be opinion. Secondly, use as many sources as possible, even if you do not like FOX, MSNBC, NPR, etc listen to thier position and make up your own opinion.

Welcome to politics. Hillary Clinton is from Chicago and is a fan of the Yankees, politicians will do anything for a vote. However, muddy may be correct. My father was a Packers fan, but supported the Bears in 85 because they were from the NFC North. Anything is possible, but when it concerns politicians I generally think the worst.
