In my opinion there are two things to do or try in this situation. 1 go in after em by punching the grass with heavy weights or 2 fishing something over the top quick enough to elicit a reaction strike and have them come up through the grass to get it. Also a key to grass is looking for other types of grass within the dominant grass as this will give bass something different or key to hold on!
