Nate, brown trout are by far the most beautiful fish ever! That shot is very good! I didn't take this shot, as I am in it, but I just wanted to post a pic of a brown trout I have caught that I loved the color of, especially the sun coming through the tail! Jeff

I have owned a Jeep grand Cherokee, A Dodge 3500 diesel and 2 Toyota Tundras(one 2001 4.7 v8 and current 5.7 v8). The Grand Cherokee transmission fell out of it while towing a small enclosed trailer. I have heard of several others with trans problems and WOULD NOT recommend it to anyone. for what its worth mine was an older 1994 model but still left a bad taste in my mouth. ********Next had the 2001 4.7 tundra! LOVED the truck! Had plenty of power and had decent gas mileage! Would recommend trying to find a used Tundra in the 2001-2006 yr range as they came with the 4.7 and were a little smaller than the current body style!********** Had the need for a larger truck so got my 3500 Dodge dually with the cummins deisel! Pulled my 30 ft enclosed car hauler with race car, mobile shop and all spares needed to race anywhere we went! Averaged about 50,000+ miles a year pulling and I think would be overkill for just a bass boat! When I "retired" from racing, and didn't need the dually anymore I knew I wanted nothing other than another Tundra! That thing is a beast, and there is a reason that they sponsor bass tournaments and series allover....They know they can pull any boat any competitor has for many, many miles! ***Disclaimer- I do not work for any automobile company, never have, and never will.***

Yea mileage isnt that great commpared, and a 22 gal tank is small, but the rest makes up for it! ;D ;D Titan tanks makes a larger 60+ gallon tank but installed they are over $1500! But man do I LOVE my tundra!

Left my camera at home, and the only thing I had to take pictures was my phone... Hit the lake early and started catching early.. caught a couple small bass and a couple large crappie on a white/chart spinnerbait. realizing the crappie bite was on, I switched to my ultralight and some road runners to have a great morning slaughtering the crappie! After a while I switched back to bass and caught a couple small ones on a black/blue jig with rage tail baby craw trailer switched back to spinnerbait on a ledge and BAM! Thought I had a good bass on and actually never saw it till it got to the edge of the boat, and as I was reaching down to get it and oooops...flipped in into the boat, took a pic and used my needle-nose to flip it back in! First ever grinnel! 2 casts later caught my big bass of the day which was 3.5 lber and then not another bite the rest of the day. Switched back to crappie and caught a few more keepers before loading up and heading home for the day!

pat, we just need to hook back up and go fish! Been to long! Maybe sometime soon, and keep in touch and looking for my updates cause I might just have a new "Honey Hole"!!!

Good looking boy! I'm with a shelter that rescues quit a few dogs from Tenn. area. Looks like he has a good home. :-} He is actually a rescue himself! He was found tied up to an automatic car wash at only 9? weeks! My mother works for a couple rescues here in town that send all of the rescues up to your area! Wouldn't that be funny if your shelter and her rescues were connected.... do you know anything about PAWS New England, Tipton Treasures or Good Dog Rescue around the Memphis area? Jeff

RW is still around! We fish almost every week together! He went to trophy country Missouri with goti, his brother and long mike this past weekend! Look under my fishing trip to read the story! He will be back to posting regularly(im sure) after he gets settled into his new job! I will see him tomorrow, so I will make sure that he knows he is missed! Jeff
