The cutoff is low because the Mississippi fell below the negatives last week, therefore sucking water out quickly..... I think it would be a better option to let every person trim it as they see fit! I prefer my jigs with uncut skirts and weed guards, and I do it all myself! Jeff

Dont know where you live, but I have seen HUGE(tens of thousands) populations of asian carp fry swimming in my area! Wish I could kill em all with a stick of dynamite without hurting anything else....LOL Jeff
