Really I know there are several threads on this topic, just not this hook imparticular so i wanted to make it interesting, thus the title.
The Trokar flipping hook to me is an old school trout line, I am not sure what you could punch with that? It is honestly a hook i would only use to long line. It is very wide, angled so as not to ride well(or at all) with punching baits, and has a rubber piece at the eye that only tears baits, does not hold them. Am I losing my marbles here or is this a terrible hook for the application???
On the other hand, if you melted lead around it, in the right mold it would make a decent jig hook.
