    I have the Outdoor channel. During hunting season, it's about 99% hunting. During fishing season it's about 95% hunting. Hootie

  18. Thanks Tom. That little bass was the first thing I ever carved in my life. Did it a few weeks ago from a piece of 1 x 4 with a pocket knife. I thought maybe just a stroke of luck that it came out not half bad. I decided to try some more and, so far, so good. Hootie

  21. Did this carving today. Asked my wife to paint it. I was so pleased with the way it turned out, I asked her to paint the bass as well. PERFECT!! The turtle on a log is 3" long, 1 1/4" high. The bass is 2 1/2" long. Hootie
  22. I used Cabot stain. I believe the color is light oak, then sprayed it with Rustoleum clear lacquer. Hootie
