  3. if your bow string is really fraying i think yous hould bring it to a bow shop and have it oooked at you doont that bow exploding in your face
  4. i know what you mean. i have had 7yr olds tell me to f*** off. i was about ready to smack them. i also know a kid my age who spit in his dad's face when he was 4 and the father just said thats not nice. if i ever did that to my father i wouldnt feel my rear end for a month

  6. ever ice fish there? you will slam the perch, there is just so many in there Not yet. But I plan on it this year. My bro-in-law has a camper on the lake about 2 minutes away so I'll get to this year. I've heard of people actually catching their limit (50/day) up there. Where in the lake do you go to catch the perch? Near the island or just anywhere? i park at a resturant called the wigwam and just fish wherever within walking distance of it

  10. xraps or husky jerks. imo lucky craft, sebile, yo zuri etc. are wastes of money. in my home lake they would be destroyed quick by all the pickeral and i wouldnt spend more then $10 unless its swimbaits. i have outfished guys with thundersticks, xraps, rogues, ect. with them using lucky craft, sebile, yo zuri, etc

  12. since im right handed i have trouble setting the hook with my left so i use left handed reels and also if you used spinning reels alot than you might want to look at a lefty reel

  14. Dude, they ended the closed season for bass in NY 3-4 yrs ago. Dec 1st - 3rd Sat in June is now catch and release, artificial lures only. You're welcome! PS- Good to see a fellow Binghamtonian on the board! the worst thing is that oneida lake is closed until may 1st when walleye opens. i hate it because im ready to bass fish by then but when bass is closed i walleye fish salmon fish, steelhead, hutn when the lakes ice over then i ice fish
  15. i love them, use them for everything from swimming them with a scrounger jig, flipping and pitching slop, weightless on rocks i like the color breen
  16. i havnt had a porblem and i use original fireline too and havnt had a problem with guides
  17. true. i have one of those and am using it for cranking.. lol.. im like the third owner and it feels like new. lol. i have one to got it for free and it needed a littlw work but all i did was oil and grease it up and its fine for slop fishi ng and swimbaits
  18. do what bassclary said, i use the same stuff except i use the 30lbs test and havnt had a problem
  19. i go by the much the wieght weighs without the plastics and hook
  20. that is fireline original, it has a bigger line diameter than regualr braid i think 20lbs test is like 10lbs test diameter
  21. last winter around January i went to my local gander mtn and found strike king hardbaits for $1.95 a peice and bandit/ norman/bomber cranks for 2.95 and SK 3x plastics for $1.95 a piece. i spent $50 alone on SK hardbaits and around $30 each on the norman/bandit/bomber cranks and SK 3x plastics
  22. take a look at the lamiglas excel XL734C i have an excel not that model but it is an awesome rod and even ask Red, he really likes them
  23. What fun is that? its funny when people franticly run away when they smell it and try to figure out who it was

  25. hunted with a pointer last year with friend while hunting pheasants (1st pheasant hunt for me and hey i actually got 1) that dog is awesome at home very mellow and loving but in the field he can be a pita becasue he loved to run way ahead or jump up at close birds
