  1. Well said, mi amigo #getoffmylawnyourascalkids!
  2. Thank you for the OP Very informative!
  3. I had a scary situation over the winter where my arm from the elbow down would go numb. Doc made me stop and said it was a nerve issue. No need for putting yourself in that position Thanks for pulling up an ice block and lending an ear, bud
  4. Yep You know much better than I do that rest is just as important as the workout In my head the hierarchy is: 1. Nutrition 2. Exercise 2 again. Rest
  5. I actively rested I worked out 5 days in a row this week, I knew today was going to be a 50-50
  6. I was going for a light day but the body decided otherwise. Live for another day
  7. I used to use a burnish tool prior to epoxy coating. I know at some point they came out with thread that eliminates that step but you think they might still do that? Some, not all, of my wraps looked like a 1 piece guide wrap? Sorry @Mick D is that what you were referring too? Maybe that’s what he’s seeing?
  8. MegaStrike original is in my "bag-o-tricks" (in the spirit of belated St. Paddy day).
  9. I just love when the "one size fits all" mentality comes out.
  10. Go get it, bud!
  11. Guaranteed money too! The owner of the Browns just had a brown out.
  12. Thankfully, not too bad today.
  13. Used these once: Never again, my missile shooter was on fire for 2 days!
  14. Nice man. Another Friday and I already know they're gonna feel heavy today. Hopefully I get out soon and workout done by 4:30.
  15. I had a feeling you were gonna comment on that post ...
  16. My boat goes thru a coast guard approved safety check - http://cgaux.org/vsc/ - prior to going in the water: PDF's (coast guard approved and 1 throwable) , air horn, lights (nav & handheld), flares, fire extinguisher, small tools, documentation, anchor, extra rope Then the carry-ons are sunscreen, fishing equip, water, an extra 5 gals of gas, hat and sunglasses.
  17. If I did that, I'd be driving to work with yesterdays old coffee cup as a back-up or name your brand incontinence under garment.
  18. My day used to start on a project site at 5:00 AM and I'd be in bed by 8:00 or 8:30 pm. For the most part I've been out of the field - save for a few times where I'd cover vacations or took over for a person who quit - for 5 years now and have never been able to adjust to the new schedule. Today I was up at at 3:00 AM to do the old guy thing ... pee.
  19. It’s catchy.
  20. No need to go down the rabbit hole, this is like the 2nd or 3rd reference to the subject, you're leaving a nice popcorn trail as it is.
  21. Me either newriver... Beginning of winter I'm driving to work in the dark and driving home in the dark. Who cares. If you do work outside, I certainly would rather have daylight around 6 or 7 AM. A show of bi-partisanship?
  22. Catch me a fish....I have never caught a fish with one. Most other lipless cranks yes.
  23. I guess it's all in what you can handle financially. Currently you will be paying higher for a boat because of supply and demand. If you plan on getting a loan for the boat you will be paying a pretty high interest rate now that rates have been adjusted and expected to go up further. Then the smaller financial items like fuel, insurance, registration etc. that you would have to do anyway. Here in MA trailer registration is every year and boat every other year. Personally, If I were looking at a boat today, I'd hit the "pause button" and wait. I'm in construction and have seen work slow down to a crawl and future projects that are already in the backlog get put on hold. So for me, discretionary spending is not in my DNA at this time.
  24. The carter admin wants EB's by 2023. @slonezp 's post is a true story.
