  1. That's great news Craig and welcome to the Bass Resource community! Glad you were able to find what you were looking for. Now go out and catch some fish with it and let us know how you did. While you're at it, why not a formal intro on the Introduction Section?
  2. How about Flippin, Flippin (insert last name, use Smith for example)? Wait a minute that won't work. Where's Flippin Smith Who did that? Flippin Smith Will Flippin Smith please come to the office Maybe it was that Flippin Smith Kid Flipping Smith, what did you do!?
  3. Wow, asian food is really unhealthy down there.
  4. Zara...just Zara
  5. Last year Heddon was selling Super Spooks with dressed rear hooks and I haven't looked to see if they are still doing it. I did this one about 3 years ago and it works great. Granted this only has 6 feathers on it, but it works great none the less:
  6. Exactly what I had to do when I installed my Epson printer to my Windows 8 work computer....It was quick and painless...for me anyway
  7. Thank you!
  8. Charlie Brewer? I haven't looked, but it looks like something that he would produce?
  9. What's a couple of letters amongst friends...
  10. I was at DSG during break and saw some 5/8 oz tail spinners on sale for $2:00 ea. I went ahead and picked up a couple thinking they would be a good early season/after ice out bait. What retrieve technique do you like for these? I was thinking of using a sweep/pause retrieve, kind of like you would with a lipless crank, your thoughts?
  11. n8cas4, fellow New Englander here, yes red works very well for early season bassn in our waters. My favorite color pattern is pumpkinseed for all seasons. After that blue back/orange belly.
  12. I'm running Windows 8 on my work computer and have recently updated to 8.1. Not gonna lie, updating to 8.1 was a painful process that took several hours to install and a password reset which freaked me out a bit because I thought I lost all business information. It was that freaky because it felt like you were installing a whole new operating system, but thankfully, everything was there in the end. It took me a while to customize 8.1 so I have most useful apps on my desktop, but it was a painful transition. Right now I don't mind it, but, for what I need a computer for in my field, I was much happier running XP...LOL
  13. Seagull pi55 if you live on the coast.
  14. I like the middle-right pic, nothing like pinching a loaf in the tank...Hmmmm, good party joke!
  15. ROFL, and peeps on this site think Raider is disturbed!...
  16. Naw, the middle finger would be yellowed from the dogs... What an awesome pic!
  17. Came out great! I with you when it comes to painting...LOL...I made a 2 piece lipless crank mold and cranks last year as my first project with plastic. I gave MCS one and he went out and caught 2 bass on 1 cast. I thought about making jigs and adding colorants this time around, just waiting on some hooks to come in so I can start making them. Here's the lipless crank I sent to MCS last season: As you can see my painting skills needs work, a lot of work...LMAO!
  18. You could probably install it in your basement and fill it with heating oil...more than likely will last you a season...
  19. I don't believe I paid quite that much and I know this isn't a cheaper alternative, but an alternative to comply with our laws. Plus it's just darn fun to experiment with plastics. I made lipless cranks last year using pretty muck the same process just not with tungsten powder. I'll get pretty darn close with the weight on a 1:1 mix ratio, but if you think of it, going less tungsten gives you different weights. The plastic alone still has a specific gravity of 1.1, so it will still sink. According to the manufacturer, you can use up to a 1:1 mix ratio and still have your plastic pour like water. Any more tungsten, then it's like pancake batter.
  20. You always have a nice warm story RoLo!
  21. I think we need Carl the groundskeeper to fix the groundhog's wagon!
  22. The first brand new vehicle I got was an '87 Jeep Wrangler - Black
