Last time I had to go for a urine test I became cup shy...They made me sit there for a 1/2 hour and drink a half gallon of water to which I became cup shy again. I eneded up rescheduling for the next day By the time I got home I could stop going...LOL

Not sure what happened there and why a trade was never made, but there was speculation that the Eagles wanted to get younger at that position.
