  1. I’ll be making homemade pizzas for tomorrow night. Just finished making the dough pre-ferment. Enjoy your pizza. ?
  2. Like @Jig Man, I have twins.
  3. You had to go and do it @A-Jay! You posted a pic. The bass rod and reel police will be knocking on your door now! Don't be going on posting your mattress without the tag on it now.
  4. Some chicken parm, meatballs, garden salad. Then some blueberry pie. I know I was doing something else but I found blueberries and changed my mind. ? I think my wife is making her cheesecake as well.
  5. @lo n slo

  7. Congrats Sam, not an easy thing to do to say the least. Last year I lost 20 and have pretty much kept it off. For me it's a matter of sticking to my macros and getting in an intense workout 4 days a week after work. Keep it up and I'm sure you'll reach your goal.
  8. “I love it when a plan comes together” - John “Hannibal” Smith ... ?
  9. So I decided to stay with the Christmas theme and will make an eggnog custard pie. Basically the same ingredients except some rum and bourbon. I’m thinking of Bacardi Spiced Rum, but I think I need a consensus on the bourbon? Any bourbon ideas here? @jimmyjoe that pecan pie is on the radar!
  10. I used to love this reel. US300.
  11. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=sh-J4GSPgAM sorry can’t get the vid to embed
  12. So I am by all means not an auto mechanic, I'm in construction. Not that the information really matters here. I took the cover off the end of the arm that conceals the bolt, put a 14 mm socket to it, I turn the bolt and the arm almost like reset itself in to a seat. Not sure if that's what's supposed to happen? A full turn and a little extra and she works again. Thanks for the replies guys, really appreciate it. Happy Holidays!
  13. @Catt my father and mother. Mom: What kind of pie do you want Dad: Boston cream pie Which sounds right but it’s not a pie, it’s sponge cake that has a cream filling and chocolate iced topping and takes twice the time to make . ?
  14. I'm hoping that's all that's needed @slonezp and @James Pondscum
  15. 12 Pains of Christmas by Bob Rivers
  16. Hey Brandon Welcome aboard
  17. Oh?! This may have possibilities for Christmas.
  18. Someone will pull up and try to gas up. No doubt.
  19. Love this time of year. It’s like a pie type of season. Thanksgiving was apple pie. I love blueberry pie, especially Maine blueberries. Lemon, lime or both - custard pies are another favorite. Not sure about Christmas yet. Soooo, what’s your favorite pie?
  20. That just ventured into the TMI category...?
  21. My numero uno is a short arm single brass/gold Colorado blade spinnerbait. The retrieve is cast, let it settle to the bottom, Jerk up and reel a few turns, drop the rod tip to let it helicopter down. Repeat. Next is a speed retrieve with either a willow or Indiana blade. This is in clear water conditions and where in the water column I’m fishing. Willows will stay down and Indiana’s will produce more lift, so I can keep that in the middle of the water column. From there I adjust blade size to where the fish are. Bigger for more lift, smaller to keep down. Most waters are pretty clear so thump is not the attribute I’m looking for. In the case of the Colorado, I’m just looking to reduce rate of fall and slower retrieve speed.
  22. I can definitely see that working very well @Big Rick. 100%! I read about the pause thing many years ago. Almost positive it was an article by Zell Rowland. Great post. Perfect!
  23. I actually use a slight pause on a buzzbait retrieve with great results.
  24. Red Eye Shad lipless crankbait. I've got 4 or 5 other different lipless crankbait brands that all have caught fish but the only thing I hooked on a RES was my hand...don't ask
  25. My daughter's Nissan Frontier's only has 1 windshield wiper working. Me thinks she tried to use it when it was iced up. Is this an easy fix that I could do or do you think it'll require more extensive work?
