Pls help!quantum reels questions..i need insight.

hi, I'm decided on whether to get a quantum Tour Edition PT or the Energy PT. I know the prices are quite different tour edition Pt is 260ish and energy pt is 189sih. Besides the weight and look, how different are they. Break systems? Is the Tour Edition PT harder to cast? I know the pt energy has 0,3,6,9 breaks what does the tour edition PT have? has anyone used either can u give me a review.
